I just went online to get a quote from ford.com about new mustang....My phone just rang from this number....They are verifing your phone number to see if someone answers.

This number has been calling me at least once a day for a few weeks now. I don't answer and they don't leave a message. Caller ID just says Unknown Name and the number.

I missed the call on my cell phone.  Tried calling back the time and it states, "Sorry, all circuits are busy now."

(I did take my BMW for service a couple of days ago.  Maybe it was a follow-up call?)

This is a third party company that the dealer pays to conduct phone surveys.  If you received this call, you probably visited a dealer within the last few weeks.  They "want" to know if you are happy with the work that was performed and they want to find out and make things right in case you receive a "survey" from the Corporate offices.  So if you say you'll give them a so so rating when the survey comes, they will make a note of that and the manager from the service center might call you up and want to see what they can do to get the "highest rating" on the survey.

Bunch of annoying people.

This was a liget phone call,  I had my oil changed at a dealership last week and they were calling to see if my service was satisfactory. I'm sure it was from a company other than the toyota dealership that I visited dping the survey.
She was on the phone when I answered and the call was short.

This number has been calling me for a week now too a couple times a day. After googling the number, and seeing that most people have identified it as a car dealership, that puts my mind slightly at ease, but annoyed. I recently went to the Ford website to "build a car" just for sh*ts and giggles, and now I am getting calls. So Big Ol' F-YOU to the company for harassing consumers. Never going to one of your company or affiliates websites again!

I've been getting called about this number. I just bought a car and they said I would receive a call in order to rate the dealership. I'm guessing from the looks of things this number is an organization for all types of car dealerships to do follow up calls.

Received 2 hangup calls. Same number. Took my car in for oil change yesterday and calls started today. Same thing happened last time I took my car into a dealership. Do not give Car dealers your phone number unless you want to receive these unwanted calls. After reporting them the calls stopped.

I went to CarsDirect.com to get a price on a new Ford Escape.  They called back with names of 3 nearby Ford dealers. This is a "call center" service doing follow up on one of the dealerships.

They have called about 6 times now. Always in the morning and evening. Never let the phone ring more than 3 times so I ALWAYS miss the call...!

-Tough BULL HOCKEY, Ford!  I bought another (non-FoMoCo) brand!!!

Well.. I am on the Do Not Call list... and yet they still called me. I checked and found that they haven't been following up on these much, so I sent a complaint.

They call every day. On the occasion that I answer, there's nobody on the line. It's really annoying.

This number has called my cell phone three times in the past day or so. I haven't answered, and no voicemails have been left.

If this is auto related as many previous comments have mentioned, then I have no idea how these people came across my number as I haven't been to a car dealership in years and would not have given them my phone number anyway.

For the past two days I've been getting this number. I don't understand when they called the second time I answer to see what's it about.. There was no one on there.. I thought it was my ex playing mind games with. Since I found out who it is I'm getting it take car of once and for all

Car dealership - Darcars Toyota in Frederick MD. Wanted to see if I was interested in trading in my car.

I got my car serviced from Honda of Stevens Creek Dealership in San Jose,CA last weekend. Gave this number a call back.. and it said that it was a call bcoz I recently visited a dealership. I think it was probably them.

I started getting daily calls from this number at home and on my cell, after I visited Tom Jumper Chevrolet for some warranty service.
Apparently they really, really want me to provide feedback.  If you call the 888 number you get a message stating that they will keep calling back.

Well, suffice to say I'm going to leave VERY POOR FEEDBACK to the dealership because they gave out my personal contact info.

This number has been calling my cell several times a day for the past 3 days.  Never any voice mail.  Finally tried to call them, but the call would not go through.  Like others on the list, I just bought a new car.  My first contact with the Lexus dealer was on Wednesday morning.  The first call was Wednesday afternoon.  I don't think the link is the dealer.  I suspect the extended warranty company they brought up on the internet to give me a quote.

I was in a meeting about an hour ago, this number called me- I didn't recognize I ignored the call. They immediately called back and I ignored it again. Within 2 minutes they called me 9 times.

Looking at the responses it seem auto related. I recieved this call twice today and did not answer for not knowing who it was. But in the past couple days I have gone to BMW, Acura, Mazda, and Nissan dealerships looking for a new car. Can't say for sure which one it might be since they all got my number.

I too have visited auto dealers recently.  Specifically a Ford dealer.  I also went to the Wash. DC auto show on Sun and gave the Ford folks my info for a test drive.

BTW - when I answer it, they just hang up on me.  I never actually talk to the caller.

I've recieved calls from this # from time to time.  This time, I wanted to find out what I could about the caller, without actually calling them.  I've heard of a scam going on where one get's an e-mail or something telling them a loved one is in need or something but when you call it, you get a vm.  Thing is, it charges you over $2,000 PER MINUTE.  You can't challenge it cause "YOU CALLED IT".  Don't know if this is the # or not, but I'm not taking any chances.

I have received 4 calls from this number in the past two weeks.  Just like the postings that I have read here, no message is left.  When I call the number a recording tells me that "if you have received a call from this number it is because you have visited our dealership lately and we are doing a follow-up."  I work in the auto industry and know for a fact that dealers/sales reps do not call without leaving a message.  Very unprofessional!

they call my cellphone looking for a sarah, i tell them wrong number they ask for the owner of a 2002 bmw. once again wrong number. the apologize and claim to update their systems. well has been four months and they are still calling me asking for the same person. it is very annoying

I was curious why this number was calling me, when I finally answered it they were asking about my new car and they were very friendly and professional.  I thought it was a nice gesture.

This number is Chrysler. I don't own a Chrysler. They called to see how my car was and if I need service. This is the worst company EVER!! Do not buy a Chrysler!
