I started receiving calls from "Tom Peterson" at 734-720-0792.  He called twice before I was able to finally answer.  He told me that there were charges being filed against for fraud and breach of contract and he needed the address for my home and work so that I could be served.  I never told him my name or admitted to him who I was.  I asked him what it was in regards to and he couldn't tell me anything because the envelop was sealed " Do you want me to get fired so I can't put food on the table for my kids" is how he responded.  He asked me to get pen and paper so that I could write down the number for Global.  I explained to him that I was driving and therefore could not take the information down.  He yelled at me to get a pen an paper, he did this several times with my response being that I was driving and could not do what he was asking.  He told me that he was driving and looking at my "paperwork", and typing on the computer, talking to me and changing songs on his iPod.  I told him I hope he gets arrested and hung up on him.  He called me back 5 more times before leaving a voice mail stating the charges etc. and the number of the place to call (888-522-3002) and told me that I was served.  He then called me two more times.  I ended up blocking the number he was calling from to stop the harassment.  He then called me twice so far today from a blocked number and left me the same voice mail except this time he said he had an address to serve me at now.  I don't owe anybody and haven't had a checkbook since 2004, 8 years ago.  The statute of limitations is 7 years.  Good luck getting anything from me you criminals.

Report these people to the FBI and your local Attorney General. They are operating illegally. They've been investigated by the FBI. They keep changing their business name and harassing people. They hire people to work for them who have known criminal records for identity theft -- known fact due to a private investigator on this case.

This guy better watch his back. My bf works w/computer/telephone systems. We've got his location tracked. Others have called before w/the same b.s. and we tracked that guy down to have a criminal record and several arrests for impersonating other people---p.us we have the other blonde haired guys photo and Real Name.

The company is Global.  I contacted the Attorney General's office this morning and they contacted them with me on three-way.  The gentleman that was on the line from Global was extremly rude.  Refused to answer any of the AG's rep questions and eventually HU.  The AG was very helpful.  This is a scam.

They called again this morning back to back to back but no message was left.

I called the number and all it stated was that it was their after hours line and that their normal business hours are from 7am-4pm pacific time.  Did not give a company name.  I left an earful message for Mr. lewis and informed him that he needed to contact me in writing.  He should already have my address.

I do not know who it is, but these people have called my home, cell, and my ex sister in laws current husband, for a grand total of eight times and left four messages ALL TODAY.  I have no idea who it is.  The number is 888-522-3002 that is being left for call back.  The number that comes up on my caller ID is 757-238-6374

A gentleman by the name of James Lewis called my home phone a total of four times and left two messages, my cell phone three times and left a message and they called my ex-sister in law's husband once and left a message ALL TODAY.  He is stating that he needs information from me and where to send documentation too and that I have been legally notified.  I have no idea who this is or why he needs information.
