We received an unsolicited fax from this number. Sounds too good to be true.

Same fax received for affordable healthcare also. When I said I need to verify this with the Better Business Bureau he hung up.

Same fax received for affordable healthcare.  Suggest you call them back from a pay phone (no quarter necessary as this is toll free - right?).  If there is a charge back an operator will come on line asking for you to deposit those funds into the pay phone - you will know their intentions then!  If it goes through do let us know who they are.  If I ever come across a pay phone I'll let you know what I find out.

We recieved a fax with the family plan at $349 per month and single plan at $149.  Could not get a website or location.  SCAM!!!

These people identify themselves as "Healthcare Solutions Group" and are selling health insurance.  They are sending unsolicited fax advertisments.  When I looked up and called Healthcare Solutions Group, they tell me that a it is a scam and I should not do business with that company.  Whoever it is that is behind this needs to be investigated for insurance fraud.  They are also in violation of the Junk Fax Prevention Act (JFPA) of 2005 as they are marketing to fax numbers without an existing business relationship or any request for information from them.
