Got a call from 888-528-3904 WFS....who are they?

Got a call also. Asking for social. Who are they? I didnt give it out.

They are WFS - Western Financial Services collection agency. A Stephanie Myers left me a message and when she got to the end of her message she was laughing.... now how professional is that. (bottom feeders).

My wife took a call today from 888-528-3904 and they identified themselves as a delivery agent "with a complaint or summons" in my name. They wanted to know what time someone would be at my address to deliver the package.

I called them back and they refused to tell me where they are located. The guy on the phone started screaming at me, threatening me if I didn't give him "my case number."

I have the number they left on the first call. But screw these bastards. Totally unprofessional. Never would tell me in what state they were incorporated in.

and btw, my wife and I have excellent credit. We pay on time all the time.

This must either be a new company or a new phone number that they are calling from.  There is limited information about them on the internet and the comments on this website seem to be pretty new.  Any additional information from you guys would be appreciated.  They called and said that they had a summons but would not say what it was for.  A James Keyon called me from this number and stated that he was with WSF.  I did some digging and it seems that they are with AES (American Educational Services).  Does that ring a bell for anyone?  I have a student loan but it is up to date.  Maybe just another junk debt collector/harrasser.

its a collection company i rented something and they came and got it now after 5 years they are calling my family saying they didnt get it and claiming i have a summons in my name i have looked and looked but can not find any info online about them i even checked the bbb and nothing
