Need to know who this company is.  Never leave a name.

What ever you do do not give these people any money. In fact don't even call them back. This is SCAM!!! They have been calling me at work and my cell but don't respond to them. I not sure what if anything can be done but this is a mess!!!

I need these people st stop calling me on my job. I don't owe them any money and I'm not going to pay them anything!!

I felt in my heart it was a scam cause the debt and address they had for me was about 3yrs ago, and they had me scared so I had made arrangements even after I told them that I believe it was a scam and that I will call my lawyer to verify information. After doing some investigation I canceled my card number given to them and order another on, they almost got me for 284 which in the beginning it was $555. I have been scammed before and harassed on my job with people like this and filed a claim with attorney general and nothing came out of it except my job told them I no longer work there and I got my phone number changed now they have found me again just a different approach. Pissed but glad I caught it before they got my money.

Can a report to the Attorney general  help... I went and paid this company $250 ... told me it was all in litigation and if I didnt pay they would come after me... .  Threats and calls to my job.  For payday loan 3 years ago that was paid completely not to mention $255 payday loan.... Who are these people.    Yes it was the 888-530-4341.

Raymond Black called my job from 1-888-530-4341 saying that he is on his way to serve me some papers. I am waiting Mr. Black. I have no Idea what company he is calling from.

I get this call at least three times a day. Always an unknown number on caller ID but a different call back number each time. Each time the man says I have your address to serve you  papers but noone ever does. ABC had a news report about this kind of a scam a few weeks ago. I checked the local court records and no suits have been filed against me. SCAM

I got a call from 925-237-3642 saying his name was Raymond Black and he told me to call 888-530-4341.  First clue this is a scam, on my cell is an automated voice mail.  It does not identify me which means it is illegal for a collection or any business to leave information  other than a call back information. This is called third party disclosure.  This guy said I have charges filed against me, gave a claim number all on a voice mail. This guy wanted me to call back with my address and place of employment so he can give me paperwork for the charges that were filed against me.  If it was a legit company, the would know about third party disclosure, have my address and not leave a threat on a voice message that does not indentify me as the owner of the phone. Second clue that this is a scam, any business would indentify what company he/she represents. (He did not)
