They have been calling our business 4 - 6 times a day and hanging up.  One time they did ask for the manager by name.  They hung up and did not leave a message.

They called, but when I picked up the phone almost immediately, the call was disconnected.  ReversePhoneDetective reverse search didn't turn up anything.  

I find the best way to not have to deal with annoying telemarketing calls which come in on my cell phone (my business line forwards to my cell), is to program in their number under the name "Telemarketer NN" where NN ranges from 01 to whatever. Then save the entry and set the Ring tone to "No Ring".  That way my phone never rings when they call back and after 5-10 attempts, their autodialers/salespeople stop trying.  There is a small chime when the call is missed, but no big deal there.  So far, I've programed 11 x 6 phone numbers and my phone is much quieter, and I can work with my clients without being disturbed.  You can't do this with a landline, but it works well on cell phones.

I keep getting calls from this number.  I never answer and they never leave a message, just blank line until the machine disconnects.  STOP!

I think this may be an investment firm. A male caller asks for my grandfather who has been deceased since 1988. When I explain this to the guy, he laughs and hangs up.

I called the number back, and got a recording (female voice) saying the call could not be completed as dialed.

I own the business with my husband. There is a person who calls me every day asking for my husband. He is rude and agressive and does not want to introduce himself to me. Few times after I asked who calls and why he hunged up on me. This is unacceptable. I don't want to be bothered any more.

I just got yet another call from this number ... the last 4 or 5 times they've called and either hung up right away or said something rude ("are you 3 cuz you sound like you're $%^&ing 3") and this time I actually got a phone number they "could be called back at" 214-292-1253 (ext 236) ... which according to white pages is Natco Consultants Inc.

I got a call from this number today, he gave a name, asked for one of my people by name, said it was about a big development. I asked for more information (since the 888# usually means a salesperson) and he said "I just gave you the information, is he there or not?" So I hung up. Rude.

Thye called it was a man and asked for my controller by name (HER name is Murphy). I let him know SHE doesn't take calles directly. He repiled "Oh she is a woman? I don't deal with women!) Then hung up on me! IDIOT!!!!

Anyone figure out who this company is?  I imagine it is a number collector...if you answer or they get voicemail then you will be added to a list and then the ad/spam calls begin.  So as soon as someone figures out who this company is I am offering my services to fly to their location, walk in the front door with charcoal lighter fluid, cover the entire lobby with it and drop a lighted match! G-Day!

I've been getting the same thing, I don't know who it is but when I answer they hang up.  But one time I picked up really quick and thought I heard something perverted, but when I said excuse me they hung up.

i don't answer numbers i dont recognize.  caller calls and doesnt leave a message.  anyone have any idea what company or who may be calling?
