Would you be an employee?  I would like to fine one. I am desparate to get a listing of the creditors that were paid as I just recently receive a summons to court for an outstanding bill from 2008, when we were working with the Palmer Firm and Epic Financial to clean up our debt.  It has doubled with the interest.  I am frightened there are more to come after that. Please help direct me to someone who may send us a list of debts paid.

I have had calls from this number and tried to be polite! The guy who called was so rude and talked so fast you could not understand most of what he was saying.... When you questioned anything they would BLAST MUSIC in your phone that could have taken out your ear drum! OK how does any one respect a company that used oriental  tactics form prisons? Im thinking this place has no credibility. They are the scum on the bottom on the bottom feeders. I have plans on reporting them and recording this behavior. We have been going through a tuff time due to 35% pay cut. I got cancer on a kidney. Cancer is expensive no matter how great your insurance is.... Co Pay poor and with my husband trying to keep me insured had to change jobs and had to take less money. Im being called for student loans coming due and for real can't help are child right now with them. Other lenders have been great helping, BUT this one bank PNC went all out and hired the worst firm to do collections! Is it really needed to be sick and be treated like trash by this company? If stress causes cancer to return them Im dead! everyday I take this abuse and its nuts. YEAH I know I own the money. Its not NEW news to me..... Yet they think it is. I did not sign up for cancer!I did not sign up for not helping our child. WE are barley making are house hold bills. Are child is putting his degree on hold cause I can't get him any more loan $ to finnish, applications out all over! The country is falling apart he is trying to find something to help. Just feel like beating my head on the wall would be easier then the NON STOP phone calls Any others out there getting this treatment? I can't understand how they can come off as a respectable agency and use this type of treatment...... Makes me think that they can do anything or they would act according to the laws in place for collections.........
This is the truth and fabricated I'm keeping a log of the calls and times and form all the numbers. If you have this scum calling you I feel bad. NO ONE should be treated like this

Lets not forget the extravagant "Family Picnic" and renting out the theater for employees and there families to see free movies and free popcorn and soda. I also worked there for 3 years and finally had to quit. I couldnt deal with the scamming. Its like working for the Devil. Although I did learn some great customer services skills working as a CSR its not something I would ever do again. Also FYI they have a great big Christmas party. Also beware that none of your info given to them is secure. They did have employees that scammed poeple for money. I suggest calling, cancelling and requesting all money you have paid into them.

I work for an Attorney and I called The Iniguez Law Firm, P.C. 909-581-7330 and wanted to settle an account that was placed in my office for collections. A male answered the phone and I told him I was calling to negotiate a settlement with his company, the call was going well and when he found out who the owner of the debt was, he told me, "The debtor only has 22%, and even if I had 40%, I wouldn't give you 30%" apparently because he didn't like the company that owns the debt and that hired an attorney to get it paid. I couldn't believe how unprofessional this guy was, here he was closing the door on a client who pays good hard earned money to be handled by a professional Attorney's office and this moron acts like he owns the place and that his actions aren't going to affect the very person responsible for his job. I asked him for his fax number and requested that we send the account to the client and recommended they SUE the debtor because his debt company/Attorney?s office acted a fool and left me no other choice!! Make sure you don't use The Iniguez Law Firm, P.C. as a debt company, they are only going to mishandle your private personal business and put you further behind with a real possibility of being SUED, all because the moron who answered the phone thinks he can dictate terms to an Attorney?s office. Another word of advice, when your debt is transferred to an Attorney?s office and you hire a debt company to get it paid, we DO NOT HAVE ANY OBLIGATION to work with them, and 85% of the time they don't handle your debt properly and get you deeper in debt, and closer to having legal action taken against you. Shout out to the good Debt companies though, like Persels and Associates and Freedom Debt Relief, if you want your debt to be handled by professionals, then go with one of these choices, it has been a pleasure working with them.

I heard they also owned one in the OC called CRA (County Rescue Ambulance), until the county shut them down. even though "County" is in their name they are not a County agency, nor are they rescueing the County from anything.  Guess Lexxiom may be busy scamming the sick and elderly too.

They also own an ambulance company in Riverside County California. Ironically it is named Lexxiom Ambulance Service, and has the same kind of reputation as they have stated here.  What a family.

Rockbridge,(And anyone who's been hurt by these sheisters.)

Please contact me if you're in California.  Ph.# and e-mail below.

Here's my story.

I've been a client for a good two years, paid Iniguez (like Mossler is one of their attys) and Lexiiom a good $12K during that time, had them settle one debt for about $2K - charge me over $1K for it on top of the monthly fees and initial fees (which by the way were hefty all alone) and now I'm getting my wages garnished because they didn't properly communicate to me concerning the negotiations about another debt which started in the $13k range, but will now cost me another $3K plus from late fees and interest because they didn't handle it.  Oh, they have their documentation of the days they tried to call and letters they've sent, but it didn't happen man.  Never received nary a one. Out of the $12K plus I've paid them in the course of two years ($500 a month) to reduce my original roughly $20K debt, I'll end up paying $24K total once my wages are garnished, because they didn't do what they promised.  That's a total of $36K.  That's $16K more than I started out with or about an 80% increase in my debt.  So ... how did they help me again?  I would have been better of to pay the creditors straight.

Look, these guys have listed no physical addresses.  They have nothing posted anywhere.  Only P.O. Boxes.  That alone should raise some eyebrows. I'm ashamed I didn't check sooner.  When you ask them for a physical address they are very reluctant to give one and still their contact info is nowhere on the web.  If they were so legit and helpful it seems they would be much more open and forthcoming about their whereabouts.

Finally, they have a grand class action suite against them going on in Texas right now.  I called the Law firm suing them in Texas.  Once they tried to serve Miguel Iniguez (who is one of their lawyers) at his office, he skipped town and closed the office - with no forwarding address.

They may do a few deals properly, just enough to stay in business a while, but overall they're predators.  Out of the $12K I've paid them, they tell me I now have only $4K in my account towards the debt negotiations.  It remains to be seen whether I actually get that back.  I've been told the process takes around three weeks.

Bottom line, If anyone else out there in California has had a bad experience with them as well ...please call me.  Let's check into getting our own class action suite started in this state against Iniguez and Lexiiom.

Please,  listen, they will take your money. Talk to the credit card. It is a better deal. They do not want you to talk to them because they want the amount to go higher, so they can charge you more for the settement fee. They also will charge you 65.00 every month for maintanance. In my case, they never sent a proposal to any of my creditors and kept telling me that they still have'nt reached an agreement.  When one of my creditors sued me , they send me to a lawyer in NJ who is going to charge me more for his services in order to represent me in court.

You are so right about. Lexxiom are the ones that are ripping off there clients and getting richer by them. The Lemelins are a family of crooks who are going on vacation at least 4 times a year for two to three weeks at a time. All the managers they have never went to college and do not have a degrees. They all all went to school with the Lemelins. The supervisors are rude and little s****, the only way to become a supervisor you have to kiss a**. I have been waiting for them to be shut down because all the managers will be lost in the real world. They are cheating the government and getting away with it.  If Lexxiom was ever to be audit they would be in a lot of trouble with the IRS. They have got richer from there hard working employees who have work for them more than 3 to 4 years who no longer work there because they did not appropriate there hard work. They even have all of there RV's, Boats, Jet Skies, Toys, Cars, Etc. all park in back of the property. Some one please investigate them and stop them from stilling from people.

They rip you off then change the business or attorney names. The lemelins are a family of crooks who own this bussiness of uneducated individuals who don't know what they are doing, the supervisors that run the departments are over weight women on power trips and the supervisors think it is okay to treat the employees beneath themselves. This company charges huge fee's for a service you can do your self. They do not protect customer information, they ruin your credit and your life. They do not care to leave you in the streets as long as they continue to have the money coming in for the monthly employee party. They cut hours and pay but have money for the lemelins to go on a trip to Hawaii. This is a company that needs to be shut down a building filled with filthy people from the Customer service supervisors to the law departments and the Finance departmen.Do not sign up with these law firms and any affiliates it will be your biggest lifes mistake.Remember Lexxiom ALL KARMA what goes around, comes around!! Well, let me tell all you guys that have posted a comment here, you are all correct. I just left Lexxiom after working there for 3 years. I have to agree with all of you that this is a total scam and they are only in it to get themselves richer. They dont care who they scam the point is to put more money in their pocket and dont even care about their employees even though they say that its a "family". B***s***!!!! They think that by having an "Employee Appreciation Day" once a month that they are showing how much they appreciate the employees. This is what "Employee Appreciation Day" consists of, free lunch and drinks. They have the kitchen staff cook up some tacos or hamburgers and free drinks from 10 am to 2 pm. Some way to appreciate the people that are making you rich. How about show me some of that money that I'm putting in your pocket better. I can have a cheeseburger any time. Anyways, dont believe what they say and if you're already a client my suggestion to you is to call the 800# ask for the retention department cancel the services and ask for your money back. If you dont ask for it, they wont give it back.

Hello!  Well, honestly, you don't make much money working for these people.  The ones that do make the $$$ r the negotiators cause they get a commission for every account they settle.  These companies themselves make a hell of alotta money from all the fees they charge clients that enroll with them.
