I also received one of their emails today. I was contemplating opening the link just out of curiosity but decided to research the company a little first. Of course I went to my old friend Google and searched the name Right Path Data, LLC and came across this post. Thanks for posting all of this information. I swear between these people and the scammers on Craigslist they are going to drive me nuts. I have a current job but I am looking for something more that will pay me what I am worth. Therefore, I have been submitting resumes. I get all of these responses and I think yay I am going to get somewhere with this. Then they start talking about mailing me a check and I need to cash it and send the remaining to them in the Phillipines because they are away on business. This is really becoming annoying!! God will get these people who do stuff like this. Karma will get them as you reep what you soe. Thanks for posting guys!!

Yep, got one of those job offer emails from them this morning: it starts out saying I'd been offered one of three positions, but first I'd have to click this link to watch this "training video" and then they'd quiz me on it and start the hiring paperwork. Oh and you have to download their special "video player" to do it with. B***s***--no reputable company does their hiring that way! If they really wanted to train you, they should call you into their office and play any training videos on *their* screen. Certainly a real company wouldn't just drop an email on you out of the blue like that. So it's most likely some kind of file that will eat your computer. At best it's a scam. I didn't click the link but it's good to know others have had the same experience.

Oh, and Googling the company  name, I come up with something in Fairfax, Virginia. I'm in Canada! WTF.

Thanks goodness I found these posts by you. Also received this email from
Right Path Data LLC" and as I am naturally skeptic, I did not open the link but started looking around. Thanks for reporting this.

Thanks for the info.  I just got a "job offer" as well via email with the link.  I didn't click on the link either, but was considering it until I read your post.  Thank you!

This is also the contact # for Right Path Data, LLC on their webpage. I received a "job offer" from them by email that included a link to click. Right. Microsoft SmartScreen classified this message as junk. The message didn't include the #. I found it on their webpage. Needless to say, I didn't click the link...

I looked this number up and it is listed as a contact number on an obvious scam website Starlight Data Solutions (www.starlightdata.com) but it is also listed as a contact number for a crappy looking Life Coaching website Confidential Lifecoaching (http://sites.google.com/site/confidentiallifecoaching/).
