Dispute the charges with your bank, file fraud.  And report this to the proper authority's also:

file reports with the FBI, your state attorney general and Department Of Justice,CFB,FTC & FCC..

I just called Verizon questioning a bill, thinking they billed me twice. The representative requested the phone numbers associated with the bills on my checking statement. When I supplied him with the 888-536-4801, he googled it and informed me it was associated with CheckInc. $294.47 was deducted from my checking account.

I answered and they hung up. I called back and the number was a non-working number. The next day, $346.00 was taken from my bank account. The number on my statement 888-539-4801 was also a non-working number.
