I just saw a charge to my checking account with my debit card for $55.00 on 8/20/08.  I have never heard of Marbella Institute and have never ordered anything from them.  The phone # on my statement is no longer in service.  I've tried the new numbers posted here but they want my full name, my address and credit card number to SUPPOSEDLY credit my account.  After seeing all of this, I am afraid to give them that information.  I've printed these posts and am faxing to my bank. I'm hoping this will be sufficient for my bank to credit me.  There needs to be a way to STOP this kind of thing.

I have not tried or ordered the removyl weight loss product because I was stopped dead in my tracks!! I too was excited to hear about this easy way to lose weight and went online to order, I found out that the state of Missouri was not an option for an order so i called toll free # to place an order and asked about the state of Missouri, the lady on the phone said it is not an option to deliver to Missouri at this time, so I asked why? Are there legal issues?  She said we are not allowed to deliver to missouri and wanted to take my  order.  I asked again "are you not allowed due to a lawsuit brought against the product in the state of Missouri" and she said yes, so I asked for information on the law suit and she told me that she could not give me information but I could call customer service and see if they can give me more info.  Needless to say no one in the Removyl Corp is providing this info.  
If anyone is wanting to order this pill, PLEASE do your research on any legal issues brought against the company for selling this weight loss product, lawsuits are a good indication it is not safe for your health.

I have one more issue.  Television is no better , I also goi  scammed from a t.v. ad.  It was for $240.00 for a colon flush product.  What a  huge mess had to cancel my credit card.  I think television should especially have things checked out before they agree to put something on.  WE naturally think if its on tv it must be okay the goverment wouldnt allow that.  You know that brings me to my next rant and rave, if we run out of war and wonder what are military could be doing is investigating scam artist and going after them with a vengence just as they do the enemy.  Their are plenty of scammers so there needs to be plenty of hounds on their tale.  P.s world peace will never be achieved until Jesus comes back .  We will alway s spin our wheels until man kind treats his neighbor the way we would treat himself.  You may not believe in the bible, but remember what goes around does sometimes come back around so its important that we are all good to one another all of the time.

I think that if a magazine is going to take money from  a business for advertising cost , it should become a law that they do quick research on each company they represent before allowing them to print scam ads.  If they would take some responsibility and pride in there magazines think of the hassles that would be avoided.  I am now REALLY turned off by this notion and so I will no longer buy magazines until this happens.  Maybe once we hit the magazine companies in there pocket the scammers won't have such an easy reach into ours.  Magazines are a scam in themselves full of advertisment not much else.  We've been getting scammed for years.

I would check out weight watchers, personally. I have made calls to the company with questions,  they say change your diet, exercise and drink plenty of water to get the best results. We can ALL do that without the oils that are not proven to break down fat.

The as was in the March 2009 Cosmo (shame on them :(  ). I asked about the dissolving pills and was told that they were not available. She merely said they were no longer available. Whew!  I had typed my credit card info into the website and thought, well let me open up another internet session and I'll check with Better Business Bureau.  BBB had 19 complaints in 1 year so then I just googled Marbella Institute and found this site.  Thanks to all for keeping the general community aware of what's going on.  I didn't order.

I also saw the add in the Feb 2009 issue of OK magazine. I'm a mom of two, I have a 7 yr old and a 9 month old, and with this second baby, the weight is just sticking! I saw this magic pill and of course was going to order it, but thought I'd google to check for any info on it first. Thank you for posting all of your entries on it and keeping me from getting scammed!!! I too will be going about it the old fashioned way! The good thing is, with the economy down, alot of our local gyms have dropped their prices to $20 a month or under, and don't require a contract! I can actually afford that! :)

Hi everyone.  I just ordered the Removyl product yesterday and then decided to research it today....i know, shoulda done so before.  Anyway, out of all of your messages, I've only seen one that says "they know someone for whom REMovyl worked", and if everyone else is saying it's a scam, I'd rather go with the majority.  I just called to cancel the order and they said to call back because they couldn't pull the order up because it wasn't processed yet, according to them.  I haven't gotten charged yet, so what I did was just report my card lost and I'ma go get a new one Monday.  I'd rather go through that little bit of hassle than lose that money.

I have found this scams latest ad in the February 23, 2009 issue of Star magizne, pages 84-86.  I am going to be 25 years old in 9 days.  I have 5 children, 3 step and 2 of my own.  Ages 10, 9, 7, 4, and 13 months.  The youngest 2 are mine.  I am trying to lose the 25 extra pounds left from my 2 pregnancies.  Like everyone one else, I thought this was to good to be true and was going to order it today until I started reseaching it and found all of you wonderful ladies and your comments.  I just wanted to thank you for saving me from this scam.  Thank you very much!!!!!!                                                                    The phone number in this most recent ad of the scammers is   1-800-591-5833  and says you can call 24/7.  The web site is listed as   www.REMovylAdvancedFormula.com/RE032  .  The web page is real for now, but only lets you order or check your order.  No where in this ad does it say again about Marbella Institute.  They're going under the company name of Removyl Corp. now!!!!!! In reviewing my credit card activity for the month of January, 2009, I noticed an erroneous charge of $55.00.  I then googled the web for "Marbella Institue" and began reading the same comments from others that had been apparently taken from others.

I intend to get to the bottom of this.  Trust me.
