I should have hung up immediately as this is obviously a scammer group promising all kinds of benefits then trying to get rid of them is really, really difficult. They still a charge against my credit card and I want it off.

I was using mint.com and trying to categorize credit card spending into their appropriate categories- and come across INS*8885384810 and had no idea what it was. tried to call- no go. Look online and see all these comments everywhere about being charged! I checked my credit card account and I can only go back 90 days but I have FOUR of these $24.50 charges on my acct just in the last 90 days! I have no idea how long this has been going on, or how I could have missed this.
But call your credit card company. I'm on hold with them right now in the process of filing these charges as FRAUD. Everyone needs to do that- so they can stop whoever is doing this! :(

We have too! We called the number and got an "out of service" message. Next step is to call our credit card company to see what they can do.

I have been charged 24.50 each month since Nov. 09.  Trying to reach them on the phone is very difficult at best. I have no idea who they are or what I am receiving for the fee. Would like to eliminate this charge.
Somebody is stealing our money !

Check your bank statements--I just found they charged mine once a month starting at $1.95 and moving up to over $25, I think in hopes you don't notice.  Somehow I ended up with two charges per month.  I called them and they had a PO Box address for me...obviously not mine.

Spoke lightening fast, selling "rewards" and vouchers as lure for membership. Offered trial period for membership. Could barely understand what was said. Had my name, address, phone number AND credit card number, and no idea how. Voucher was for Walmart, Target, etc.
