Received and annoymous call at my job on 10/16/13 saying from a greg foster he said he was about to serve me some papers at my home. Gave me a number to call 855-361-6790 i called that number spoke to a Kevin. He would not provide me with any information and yelled at me DO NOT CALL THIS NUMBER AGAIN GO TO COURT!!  very unprofessional. I asked for a fax number he refused and said go to court..

I received a message to contact RDS (855-361-6790) at my place of business regarding Case #108146. They were trying to serve a complaint.  We called the number and were told that they were with a lawyer firm and trying to assist their client.  They wanted us to pay 10, 636.00 or we could pay either by paying 50% of the money owed (5300.00) or make payments of ($500.00) a month for 7500.00 of the original loan.  They wanted us to pay 250.00 that day.  We then learned they were a collection company and that the original debt was charged off by Wells Fargo in July 2010.

We called the bank to stop payment.

Got a call rom a private number and let I go to voice mail. Said they were a process serving center and gave me a case number and a number to call back. Due to my job, I get served to testify frequently ad know this is not how it is done.

I received a call from 8885436367, they said that they are a debt collection and i needed to send $500.00 to them by the 5th of july. Claimed I owed thousand from a card I have never had. Could not make up there mind if it was Chase or Master card oh wait they consolidated them together.
Not only rude but very mean about the whole thing. But also wanted my email to send paper to me.

Process servers do not call, they simply show up and hand you the papers. Anyone calling claiming to be one is phishing.  This is a favorite tactic of shady debt collectors.

Received a call from a Paul Davis, at this number: 888-543-6367, who said he was a process server with the US processing center. He claimed he had all my information and wanted confirmation,(which I  did not give what he requested). He was phishing for info. Obviously he didn't know I work with lawyers. Please beware this is a scam. DO NOT GIVE ANY INFO CONFIRMATION TO QUESTION THEY ASK YOU! Report to local police department to make others aware of this scam.

A person called from a private number and stated there was a complaint against me for disturbing the peace. Gave a case number and this phone number 888-543-6367.
