Did not answer, did not leave a message.

I received yet another call from this number. About two months ago they called and said they were going to serve papers at my work because they couldn't serve me at home. There is always some one at my house. They stated I owed money to a company in which I had already paid. Today's fraud was a message left saying my social security was redflagged. Called the number  and the all to familiar voice of operator 17 came on this time not threatening but playing stupid as if he had never talked to me before. I again explained before I pay anything further on this account I would like a statement sent in the mail. We will see how this goes since the other two times they failed to do so because they know it would be mail fraud.

received a call again today from Mr. Micks at D&M Associates giving me a case number and threating me about money owed and I would be served papers, blah,blah....sounds like same place that was calling me months ago but I had that number blocked. Also there is a phone # coming out of Detroit, Michigan with the same kind of threats...DO NOT ANSWER any area codes with "610"..we think the two are working in tandem... the man from detroit has a heavy middle eastern accent!!!

They called me and left a message, said her name was ms. larry. Said something about writing a bad check, which i never have.

Jerks actually called my parents and left a message saying I had committed fraud etc.  I called and some idiot said it was from a payday loan from a couple of years ago.  I sent the info to my attorney.

have had several calls from Ms. Simmons of D&M Associates, 88-546-1170 ext.0071.  Trying to tell me I owe money to some payday company which i don't.  After non stop calling, we finally called the police who called her back, this was about a month ago, they did stop calling.  Just received another call from her a few minutes ago.  Will have to call police again.
