Calls several times a day, with a voice recording saying they have an important message from NCO Financial. Never gives details of what they are collecting on or who they really want to speak to when you call them back.
Also never received any letters in the mail from these people.

received calls 2 days in a row with pre-recorded message saying they were a debt collection company wth NCO. They instructed us to call back with an account number as reference.

We don't owe anything to anyone that is debt collectible.

888-550-3791 They call me also. Only Today they left a massage but it's just a scare tactic! I do ignore such calls.

Message was they were trying to collect a debt and to call back and all information gained would be used for the debt collection.
I hadn't heard of this one before so I tried to call back for more info but never got an answer.

Called several times a day. Finally a message left. Said MCO financial, debt collecting agent.

They are going to make me lose my job! The message is the same as mentioned by others. An also said the LAW requires me to call them back.

Calls every single day and doesn't say who they are calling for. Just says "this is an important message. this is an attempt to collect a debt. please call glenn smith with NCO Financial back at 1-888-550-3791, again that is 1-888-550-3791".  If this is a real attempt to collect a  debt, I'm positive I would receive it in writing, not on a stupid recording. I do not owe any money.

Just got the first call from them.  How many can I expect?  Who are they really?  Part of the NCO/MCO Scam?  I signed up to the Federal Do Not Call list almost a month ago.  How can one take action against these people???

I answered the phone. A recording said, "This is an important matter. Please, all Glen Smith" .... I have gotten numerous calls the past 3 weeks from different numbers asking me to call "Glen Smith" asking me to call "NCO" --- I don't have any collection accounts--- THIS IS A SCAM

Calls everyday recording,  collection agency wants a call back for very important message.

I have been getting automated calls from this number for days.  I have not responded because my credit score is over 700 and I have no outstanding debts of any kind.

NCO 3rd party people collection money for Capital One Card Services.

Keeps calling saying they are a debt collection agency.  We do not owe them anything.  Is there not a law about this?

Continuously calling my home number. Have caller ID and don't answer. Also, while I have voice messaging, I have it turned off. If I don't want to talk to the person, I certainly don't want them to leave me a msg. These people are obviously skip-tracing looking for someone with a name similar to mine. If I really was the person they were looking for, do you think I would return a call to recording? Anyway, all of the people I care to talk to have my cell number.

They called my business and left message, same message as everyone else is reporting.  The recorded speaker is very harsh or to me he was.  I called this # back the lady wanted to know # that was called.  Told me whom they were looking for, gave me her name (Gracie Devill) same # (888-550-3791 plus extension (5135).  I told her this was a business and she said she would take our # off list.

They keep calling my elderly father for a debt that was paid off in 2003. They are scam artists. I called them back, they say they are MCO Collections. I told them to quit calling and harrassing my father for a debt that has been paid. Told them to do their homework and figure it out. Besides, if the debt had not been paid, the statue of limitaions (7yrs.) in California takes effect. Don't let them harrass you.

Received many calls from this #. They claim it is an attempt t collect a debt.  Called the number back and was placed on hold.  It is getting annoying, especially when the little ones are trying to nap and the continously get waken up.

I receive a call from this company everyday and at different times of the day, I'm getting very annoyed and I feel that there should be laws to protect people who receive a call such as this. If they are a business, they should conduct themselves in a business way and leave messages stating the nature of their call and to whom the call is for. I work hard to keep my credit intact, why am I being bothered by a debt collector, by the way I called the number back and found that the company is indeed a debt collection agency who goes by the name of "NCO". Such idiots!!

Caller id says "unavailable" and its a recording that says "This is an attempt to collect a debt, please call David Smith at... " They are annoying!

Calls ALL the time and a robo man voice says "call David Smith today!"
"It is very important." I think that it is terribly annoying to bother answering my business phone for this stupid call everyday.

Says they're a debt collection agency.  Calls at all hours of the day for several weeks now. We don't owe anything and we're on the federal "Do not call" list.

COLLECT DEBT WHICH I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT ARE THEY TALKING ABOUT. CALLER IDENTIFY FROM NCI OR NCO. IS THIS A SCAM ? PLEASE LET ME KNOW. ANYONE ?

I don't know where these scam artists get there info but they are sure screwed up. They can't even keep there con's straight.

Called for Janice I have no relatives or friends with that name. NCO has called repeatedly for weeks I knew the call wasn't for me and was afraid to call the back after the last collection agency that called me was so rude. The lady I reached at NCO was polite and said she would remove me from the call list immediately. I will report everytime they call me from now on. I guess you won't hear from me if they did take me off their call list. Do they just call anyone with the same last name? Isn't there any kind of law that protects people who pay their bills on time from debt collectors that appear to be randomly selecting names to try and collect from? I pay my bills on time yet just this week I have had debt collectors call for three different people at a number that I have had for 15 years and not once did they ask for me.
