Same as Yolanda. They are no help. Have to file disput with bank. Googling BBU Interservices brings up a rash of people getting hit with this.

When I called the customer service #, I got a human recording that the number was not in service and an immediate disconnect of the line. This company has STOLEN $29.95 from my personal checking account as well as from others checking accounts across the nation.
