Busy day for Junk calls 888 556 5158..came up on my ID they hung up before the machine picked it up

ICT Group is a boiler room telemarketing agency that sell scams from the USA using call centers.

If you are on the DNC list it does not matter anymore.  Your government does not care a wit about what you want.

It never did.  

You pay government fools to do nothing all day.
Lie to your face.  
Rob you  blind with taxes
Print money to the point a loaf of bread is 4 bucks.  
They take your peace of mind and privacy away.

All so the governments of the world can flog some piece of crap timeshare from a Hong Kong call center.

You are all being lied to.

Get calls from this number at all hours of the day, sometimes up till 9 pm. Sometimes there is a lady saying they are calling from Microsoft, or Windows Live Messenger. I finally quit answering, but they are persistent.

I would get this call a couple of times a week and they would always hang up on me!
I called this number back and it is Capital One. You can choose to enter your information on the do not call list.

what is the number to place your number on the do not call list, other than calling this number back. I know the gov't has one but don't know it.

I get about 3 or 4 phone calls a day and it is very irrating especially when I answer and there is no one on the other end.  I have got now that I don't even answer if I don't recognize the number.

Got a call this evening and they told me they were calling from Microsoft and that there was a virus on my computer. Told them I had a Mac and hung up.

I get the same calls. I sent a text. Hopefully no calls tomorrow.

Got the second call from 888 556 5158 in two days.  A foreign talking person that I could not understand answered.  This is getting to be quite a problem so I see.  They have been phoning many times before also.
Who are they and where are they phoning from?

I no longer answer my land-line unless I recognize the calling party's number, I let my answering machine
pick-up the incoming calls.
My outgoing message to all calling parties is a continuous recording of the Jeopardy theme tune which I
found on YouTube!!!

Called many time by this number. Left my number on their do not call list. They are calling on behalf of Capital One. The have a do not call contact email request.dnc@sykes.com. May help,

This number  keeps calling the place of business where I work and asks for me! ??1-888-556-5158

Caller calling on behalf of Capital One....   call comes we answer no one there ,  then says press 1 to take number off the list and then asks you to say your name and then spell it out first and last name!

Truth is I don't know how they found my name and the place where I work, my boss is pissed mad!
It's pretty bad when they start calling your place of business!   We are having a hard time to get rid of these annoying calls!   NOT NICE  !!

I can't stop gigglin'.... I took the 888-556-5158 on Monday, June 11th from the blocked caller list on my phone and let it ring.
Picked up twice, just said HELLO and then played the ** "On hold" message for telemarketers ** from Youtube .

NO call on Tuesday anymore..... after getting pestered for weeks now every single day...

Additional I phoned at least 20 times their 888-556-5158 number and when it asked for "pres 2"/for leaving a call-back-number then I punched in " 888-556-5158 " with the message "please call back soon!".

The answering machine said: Thank you for calling. We tried to reach you in behalf of CAPITAL ONE. If you want to put your number on our DO NOT CALL LIST - press "1". If you want to receive a call back - press "2".
I pressed 2 and left "888-556-5158" as call-back-number.

They are having probably a blast while calling their own number back, since they are probably not smart enough to know their own number.

THIS is my advice: EVERYONE call 888-556-5158, then wait for the machine and wait until you get to the part: "press 2". Then leave 888-556-5158 on their machine. You will also be able to leave them a message! Be creative....have fun with these dimwits.

this time I picked up, waited until the female retard with east indian accent said EEEELOOOOO and I asked her: "can it be that you are an A$$#@%e who's harassing strangers?"  CLICK... she hang up.

So, it is obvious that these calls are not being made for offering something like a credit card, a service or similar. It is JUST to harass people.
This was the 7th (SEVENTH!) call today.
