I just discovered the same thing on our business phone!  I assumed it was some charges ATT made, when I called and asked about it they said it was a 3rd party vendor.  I told them I never approved this and they gave me the same lame excuse that someone here authorized it.  Why the crap would they allow a third party to charge me without verification?  They offered to credit my account for most of the charges, but what assurances does this give me that it will not happen again?  I hate ATT.  They have horrible customer service and I cannot wait to switch phone companies.

Called my home number today, did not leave a message. We are on state & federal DNC lists.

Bizteam, LLC bill through your AT&T phone bill.  We were charged $49.95 consecutively for two months.  Had to call AT&T to request for a third party block and had to call Bizteam to ask for a refund for services we did not even sign up for.  Scam!

hi, i just received the exact call that you did.  they immediately sent me to a verification caller and he said he was recording it.  The girl who handled the call does not take no for an answer.  I told him i was not comfortable with what i was doing and did not agreed to a recorded message that usually signifies a commitment.  I hope they don't call back.  I need to let the rest of my staff know.

This company just called my work. The person on the other line was talking so fast I had no idea what they were saying! The only thing I was able to hear was $300 in mail in rebates. Of course they say that slow.

I called 888/558-0455 just to make sure my work number was not on their list and that I do not want to see a charge on the next phone bill. I also stated that I am not authorized to make decisions on the account. They told me I need to call back with in 4 days to make sure I am not on the list.

I noticed a Bizteam bill on my AT&T phone bill for 2 mos at $39.95 each. I called and they were quick to refund the charges when I said I had never signed up for the service (he explained it was like having my own IT department to support any computer or printer tech support needs.) He said their policy was to refund one month's bill but he was going to be such a nice guy that they were going to refund both months. I asked him if any charges were pending then he admitted that another $39.95 was going on my phone bill for this month. I requested a full refund and he complied. Folks, check your phone bill carefully! This is a scam.

Do not be taken in by anything these people say - they will attempt to bully you into accepting charges.

These folks tried to "cram" our telephone bill for four (4) months.  When we discovered that "BIZTEAM,LLC" was charging us $49.95 a month for "efax svc mthly fee" I called and immediately got the charges taken off.  (Their excuse was a lame one - "someone in your office would have authorized this charge" - when NO ONE except me has that authority.

This company called our place of business today (a large national bank) and tried to scam us out of money by being very vauge and promising rebates from our phone company. The person on the phone told me his name was "Matt from Biz Team" and he needed to confirm our mailing address for the rebates reagrading our phone bill (that is all he said). He placed me on hold and then another person came on the line and verified the address of our company; he asked me for my name and title here at the bank. He then said that he would be sending us our $300.00 in rebates for signing up for the program today. I asked him what program and he said that if I needed more information about it I could go to MTS.HELP.com (nothing to do with this company). I told him that I was never told that I was signing up for anything. He said that "yes I did" that I was "told about it at the begining for the call" (no I was not). I told him that he is lucky that I'm not having him speak with one of our Lawyers. To lose our number, my name, and to never call here again. He told me to have a nice day and disconnected the call. SCAM!
