Got an automated message from this number claiming to be a legal matter; I tried calling back and got put on hold. I finally spoke to some guy who immediately started getting very rude when I requested that they send me something in writing. I hung up on him and then called back; got a lady who then put me through to the same guy. I hung up on him again and then proceeded to repeatedly call and then hang up when they would pick up. I did this until they finally stopped answering the phone.

Sorry, dingleberries; I'm not responding to your phone calls and I refuse to condone this type of behavior. Send me something in writing or else, p****off.

We got a call from this # and the recorded character was telling us to call back if we knew Rose H------ at a nearby address.  It was concerning their estate blah, blah, blah.

They did mention our names and address.

I like how I posted this in July.. it's been four months and they're STILL calling me. I get two phone calls a day.. I seriously don't know what to do. Any suggestions?

I got a phone call today and the only reason I know this number is that Frank Malone left a message that I needed to talk to him about pending legal action and a summons. I did not call him back and won't but if he continues to call me, I will turn him in to the BBB and the FTC. I  normally don't answer my phone if I dont' recognize the number, so don't know if this man has called before. If he did, this is the first time he left a message. He won't be getting a return call from me. I don't owe that man anything.

Looks like those guys has my debt from another collector , they didn't call me or sending any letter as I am living abroad now anyway but I would like solve this issue (we never know one day I decide to come back ) What should I do on this case ? call them ? call my former creditor (wells fargo) ? or just walk thru next time i m visiting Dallas ?

Received numerous "legal Messages" from 888-559-5514, World Wide Financial. I called them back but no one would give me thier name or location or why they called. Spoke with some violent sounding jiggaboo who confirmed felony convictions and serving prison time for "beating a**". I think he was referring to sodomy of a child. These people are sick and dangerous. A SWAT team or vigilante should take them out. Govenment agencies will provide little more than lip service in regard to this oufit. Something must be done! Any suggestions short of lighting torches and grabbing pitchforks?

I just received a phone call at work from a "Frank Malone" at this number:  888-559-5514.  He also called my cell phone.  Told me I needed to call immediately for failure to appear in court.  I looked up the number and found all of these posts.  It is a scam.  Do not be intimidated.

These people called 2 years ago with their scamming fake names and false accusations.  I thought I was through with them when the calls finally stopped.  WRONG!  Now they are calling and harrassing my mother 5 times a day to give them my phone number, place of work, etc.  She reported them to the FTC.  I called Sylvia Sanchez, who sounds very much like a man trying to sound like a woman, and game her my number so she'd leave my mom alone.  I will also be turning them in to the FTC.  Maybe if enough of us band together and report the harrassment something will be done to stop them.  Until then I'll keep their numbers blocked on my phone.

Harrasing calls from Worldwide Financial Frank Malone & Denise threatening to send sherrifs to my place of business to arrest an employee. Lied about being an attorney. Bogus threats for a bogus company.

Be ready for someone to show up at your work next.  Tell them they are trespassing and you have called the police.  They will leave quickly because they know it's the truth.  Don't get bullied by them to pay anything.

file complaints with FTC and Tx OAG.  They won't respond directly to the complaint but if enough people complain they will look into the matter.

I have spoke with both FTC and Tx OAG about this company and both told me they do not contact the company about complaints but do gather data and when they feel there is enough to go after a company they will.  Everyone who has issues with these crooks needs to keep filing complaints and hounding the FTC and Tx OAG so we can get them to do something.  DO NOT I repeat DO NOT work out any type of payment arrangement with them.  If you do this is considered starting an account with them and any negative data that you may have been able to get off your credit will remain because you have entered into an agreement with them.  Don't be intimidated by them either.  They may have people come by your office and all you have to do is call the police.  They are not serving legal papers but just handing you some BS letter so they are considered to be trespassing.  Don't be bullied by these losers because there isn't anything they can do but threaten you.  If everyone works together we can maybe get these scumbags put out of business.

My Friend keeps getting calls from a Bob Black as well. Telling her that she owes on a care credit card 2500 and 2100 attorny fees. He called and acted like he was a customer and got her work address and then told her who he really was and said he was going to serve her with papers.

Bill or Bob Adams has started calling my family on my debt. the last time I talked to him he was so rude to me said he is calling Sheriff and I was going to jail hope I would die because I would be going to Hell because I didn't pay my bills.I think it is to people woman answers the phone then hands the phone to ever the guy is on that day. You really can not talk to this person because he is so rude.

THIS COMPANY CALLED ME REGARDING A PAST DUE ACCOUNT FROM 2009 ON A WELLS FARGO ACCOUNT BALANCE WAS 2800.00 BOB BLACK TOLD ME THAT IF I DIDN'T PAY IT THEY WOULD HAVE THE SHERIFF C OME AND SERVE ME.... I CHANGED MY NUMBER.. NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN UNTIL A SHERIFF WAS AT MY JOB WITH A SUMMONS FOR ME TO COME TO COURT.... ENDED UP PAYING THESE GUYS THE BALANCE AND 1800.00 IN COURT COST AND ATTORNEY FEES... F****NG CAN'T STAND THESE GUYS BUT THE DID SUE ME... This Bob Black called my office stating that he was a Worldwide investor and needed to talk to me. He deceived my staff and they gave him my number. He called me demanding that I pay a debt when I asked him to verify who he was and if I was the correct person he became very abusive and didnt let me speak He stated that he was going to call my employer and get me fired that way  I had a real reason not to pay he also stated that he was going to have me arrested and my paycheck garnished for the balanace. Can anybody tell me how to stop these people.

Why are they calling?  It must be just to irritate people.  I contacted FCC. maybe it will stop.

I reported this SCAM agency to BBB and the Attorney General on December 23, 2011. If you are harrassed you need to do the same ASAP.

As many of you, they were harassing me over furniture I supposedly bought at the Room Store (which I did not). I asked them to provide PROOF of this debt, which they did not.  

They also repeatedly called my ex-husband's employer and made threats.  

They threatened to bring out the sheriff's department to my employment and to my ex-husband's.

This scam artist name was Robert Black and someone other goon named Mario Gunacelli (Sp?).

I thought they would end up threatening to break my legs or something!  SCAM ARTISTS PURE AND SIMPLE.
