I received several calls at my place of employment and the caller identified himself as Jack Warner officer of the law that had papers to serve me.  He called a third time and spoke with my school director and informed her of all kinds of charges against me.  My employer spoke with me in private and gave me the information.  I called the 888-562-6991 number and asked for Jack Warner and the girl that answered my call stated that they did not have anyone by that name working for them but that the person was a locater for their company called Accurate.  I kept getting calls and I decide to give them my personal Visa card number so they would stop harrassing me at work.  I spoke with a guy named Jason after I first spoke with a girl named Heather at extension 400 and at then she became a Melissa.  Jason was the guy I gave all my perosnal information to.  I asked him to provide me with written evidence of what they were claiming I had as charges towrd me..  He said, he could not. But that he would send me an email after my agreed payment was collected from my Visa card. I hope these people get caught and prosecuted.

calling stating a claim against me but called a number that is not even related to me.  Called my son-in-laws parents.

Somebody is claiming this firm has a claim against me.  The original call came from a number in India and is likely a scam.  There is information about this scam at the FBI site and the FTC site on the Internet.  These people are pond scum and should be recognized as such.  When they first called the voices were Indian but now they employ US Stooges to make the calls in order to sound legit.  Don't give them money.  They are phishing for your home and business addresses.
