The company making the calls is Premier Management. They make calls on behalf of DP&L.They are a poorly run company. DO NOT USE THEM! They told me they put me on their DNC list and I still receive several calls a day. Even after I called back they told me they did it again 24 hrs. 2 weeks later I'm still getting calls! Any of the programs they are offering, you can sign up for at delmarva.com/rewards. Some little girl told me she was taking my number off. Kristy or Kristin. people like this shouldn't have a company.

Yeah its called Abandoned calling. Its regulated by FCC. I wonder if anyone has reported them yet.

I called Delmarva power and gave them the phone number. Believe it or not, it is legit. If you have any doubt, call the number on your bill and give them the 888 number. They were able to verify it. I don't like that it simply says 800 Service as the caller name...,,,

I received 3 calls from this number but did not answer them as they were from "unavailable".  When I researched the 888 number I found others were receiving these calls as well.  I personally contacted Delmarva Power and was informed that they are NOT offering any free bulbs NOR offers to manage my power usage.  This is a scam.

i had a similar thing only they claimed to want to give me a discount on my next bill and install something on my A/C free of charge.  
Then tried to send me to a call line where they wanted my name address and other questions.  It seemed fishy so i hung up before telling them where i live (besides they are my power company they should have that already)

Then they called back and tried to schedule appointment I asked them if i could visit a website or if he could send me an email and took my email (one i rarely use/do anything important on just in case) then i never heard back

They keep calling me as well. My opinion - if this was Delmarva, their caller is would say so. I will never deal with someone who calls me out of the blue - especially when their caller information is a generic name.

How can you go along with what they are offering if they either won't talk, put you on hold forever, or call your voicemail and leave no message? What? Do you work for this company or something?

Party hangs up when I answer the phone, tried to call the number back, but was placed on hold.  Tried to block number through my cell phone provider, but the calls are still coming through.

Get calls from this # every day. I don't answer & they do not leave a message. I do not want any further calls from this #!

Called and offered a great money saving program from Delmarva Power......

Answered a call from this number and a woman advised she was calling from Atlantic City Electric (my electric company) and can offer a $50 credit on my electric bill to participate in a voluntary study to mearue my energy usage. She asked if I had central A.C. and when I responded no, she apologized and advised I would need central A.C. to participate. The woman thanked me for my time and wished me a great weekend. Very polite and no trouble

FUNNY. I TALKED TO COURTNEY THERE AS WELL AND SHE WAS LOVELY AND VERY HELPFUL. I LOVE MY NEW SHOWER HEAD AND THEY WRAPPED MY PIPES. THEY EVEN CHECKED UNDER MY HOME AND FOUND THAT DUCT WORK WAS ON THE GROUND. I'M IN THE PROCESS OF MAKING THE HOME IMPROVEMENTS THEY RECOMMENDED.

Yes i agree with you concerned customer. They are offering great programs as well as free stuff to help you lower your electric bill. LISTEN to what they have to say, you may be surprised and actually interested in what they are offering.

Called 10 times in the last 2 weeks. They hang up when I answer or goes right to hold when I call.

I have received calls from this number for weeks. I finally answered & they hung up. I called them back & got a hold message. After 10 minutes someone answered & wanted to change my light bulbs, shower head  & hot water heater to conserve engery. I told her I wasn't interested. She got an attitude & hung up. P.S. Received call at 3:25 PM.  Did not answer.  No message left.  This is fourth call in 5 days from this number.  I called the number back and went immediately in hold with message, "A Representative will be with you shortly."  No identification as to who they are or why they are calling.  Waited 3 minutes then hung up.

Called my cell didn't leave a message. I called them back and they knew who it was and was offering me a 40 dollar credit if they measure my energy use. Told the lady I wasn't interested and she coped and attitude an hung up on me.

Has been calling me for the last week and a half. They don't leave a message. I don't pickup.

Doesn't stop calling my cell. I call back and hold for representative. I hate this nonsense!  Do not call list should be honored!!
