Same thing happened to me about an hour ago.   A lady called my work no., asking for me.  I asked her, "What is this regarding?".  
She said that she was from EOCCA, & this was a personal matter involving a variety of
companies.  When I asked her to hold on, she hung up, & did not call back.
After she hung up, I checked out their company name on BBB website, 0 results found.  Then I googled the company name, & this website came up.
No surprise there!

I am on the 1800 do not call list and these guys still call.  I get the call from a young sounding woman and she They just wont quit. When I ask them to please take me off thier list they hang up fast.  They wont tell me what the name of the company or whom i am speaking with.  I have cussed them out on a couple occasions and then they stopped calling for a couple months.  I am not proud of it and it is not something I have ever done but they deserve it.

I did a quote from and online insurance company four years ago for my son.  I am still getting phone calls.  I wish I know how to stop them.  I've asked to be removed but still no luck.

You can download apps to block/blacklist these spoofed (scam) numbers for iPhones, Blackberries and Android Smart Phones.

I use one on my smart phone to stop these incessant, illegal, harassing, disruptive and privacy indading calls from these leeches ... even able for area codes they happen to use. It works!
For landlanes there's always call management devices like Digitone or Ring Controller and services such as Google Vioce. We all need to strip these a-holes of any power they think they have over us and regain control over the phones and phone services WE use and pay for! And always keep reporting every single one of these deseased pathetic leeches in human form until they are stopped, locked up and their scam operations all shut down!!!

It's Probibally associated with this number from here and 866-258-0294

this is ridiculous 5 times in a 3 hour period -----I HAVE CAR INSURANCE----leave us alone-

This number is at it again.  After a 2 month break, they've started calling me again.  Three times in the last two days.  No message is ever left.  Heck, they usually hang up before anyone has a chance to answer!  (Though why anyone would answer a call from a toll-free number whose caller ID says "unavailable" is beyond me!)

I'm going to get an air horn and the next time they call I will give them an earfull. Maybe I'll be removed then.

I have insurance. I have never been without insurance. I tell them "no thank you" and they keep calling. I have been told three times so far that my number will be removed from the call list. I still get calls a few times a week. I guess the next step will be a legal one. I don't know what else to do. Nice doesn't work.

Had been once a day usually around 9-10 am. Now starting today they've already called me twice since 2pm in a half hour's time.

how can you block numbers on your cell phone?  some guy has been using my cell number for a couple of years and i get calls for him daily... i dont want to loose my number cuz its so easy to remember.. att wont help me or even search the name i gave them... can i block calls as they come in on att i phone 3g?

888-565-3305 has been calling me non stop for a week. It rings 3 times and hangs up. You can imagine how annoying it is as I have a job that requires me to be on-call!

From what I've learned they're a car insurance Telemarketer located in Maine. I did two things  first contacted BBB via email the other Consumer Affairs via email. Lee give it a try good luck!!!!!!!!!!

I like the rest of you were getting calls from 888-565-3305 Received four calls from 888-565-3305  Received the fourth call this morning August 28  at  8:19am.
What I found out its a Car Insurance Telemarketer in  Maine. I did two things contacted BBB  Zinda from BBB said she could see many complaints. Said another resource is Consumer Affairs  instead of a phone called I filed a complaint on line.

I hope it works. We need to do something to stop all these annoying calls. Can't let them WIN!!!!!!!!! Power in numbers!!!!!!!!!!!! Knowledge is Power!!!!!

I get calls from this number twice a day.  I answered once and the telemarketer starting talking then hung up.   They also leave 3 second blank voicemails when i dont answer.

Since August  9th 2012 received 4 calls from 888-565-3305

August 23 2:01pm
today August 28th 8:19am

keeps calling showing up on caller id answered today 8/24/12 @ 1:11 pm and they hung up a little annoying and would like to report this toll free number thanx

I am being called continually and they ask for Kimberly.  I have told them every time that there is no Kimberly at this number and do not call me again, but they still call every day.

I've received 2 calls after 8pm central time zone
