These calls are coming all day and during the night.  There will be a class action suit brought against them.  i have contacted the FCC, Attorney General and SEC!  THIS IS ILLEGAL.  If you call the FCC it will tell you that this is illegal!  It will be stopped!

This fax came in in the middle of the night after numerous attempts.  Everyone wakes up from the ringing...  Make them stop!

I am getting a fax machine number calling me at my home over and over and at all hours of the early A.M.  It is a stupid realtor company in Longview, Tx.  I can't get help from anyone.  Please help me if you can.  That fax number is 903-247-9473 if someone wants to blast them for me.  I don't have a fax machine. I have not been able to get a number for any realtor company that is just Longview Realtor.

Please let me know what I can do.

Our home fax continues to receive unsolicited faxes from Green Strategic Capital.  The various numbers listed on the fax to remove our number do not work.  A letter to the FCC and SEC basically informed me,"because we are not a business and only an individual, they can do a nothing."  What happened to a citizen?s right to peace, tranquility and a good night sleep?  Many of the trash faxes are received at 2:00 am.  If a class action is being planned, I would like to join it

We are in the process of filing a class action suit against Novori and Strategic Capital for violations of the TCPA due to sending out these illegal junk faxes. If you wish to be included, please reply.

I just received a fax regarding NOVORI this morning (it came in late last night). I have been faxed by Strategic Capital multiple times and would love to join a class action suit against the low-life hucksters that run this kind of a mass-faxing opertation.

I have called the SEC and written to the Attorney General.  I have a very good connection and will have this company stop sending faxes but also a class action suit brought against them.  This is illegal.

Don't worry, they will be fined.  There is a class action suit against them as I write this.

I am pretty sure they are all from Strategic Capital.  I don't know how many phone #s they have, they just keep pretending they are from different sources.  There is no way we can stop them coming and have to respond to those removal numbers over and over again since they are supposed to fax to us by mistake, right?

Yes.  We are a victim too.  I suspect all these so called "hot stocks" are all sent by them.  The law should require them to disclose the originator of the fax.  I finally got their name under through one of the fine prints at the bottom and able to get to this site.  The thing is they have all these different removal phone numbers you can call in case you receive it by "mistake" but you know they are all from the same originator.  I agree,the governement or somebody needs to fine them.

Yes, BUT - the number to call for removal keeps changing. So you get 'removed" from one list only to surface again on another. All from the same nuisance - Green Strategic Capital. So how do you counter this?

The fax # 877-877-6557 is disconnected.  I used Novori's other fax
#866-791-5083 to send them a request to take my fax # off of Strategic's solicitation list.  I used a black background on my memo so I can waste their ink on their fax.  They've already gotten 4 faxes from me and the day is still young.

I've been getting these faxes for months and like you, deaf ears on the 888 unsubscribe number.. late at night and a ppile of them and waisting ink. I just got finished with the FCC complaint form online and it's really easy. I suggest we all do this and stop them effen +++'S . Don't throw the faxes away. You'll need to fax it to the FCC with your ref #. It's worth it.

I've been getting Green Strategic Capital or Strategic Capital ads for months on my fax and I am on the DO NOT CALL list plus I call the unsubscribe number to no avail. I have just filed a complaint to the FCC. It's a very quick (less than 10 minutes) form online and woth doing. Save the fax, they want a copy of it (fax it to the FCC) at the end of the form they will give you your ref # and a fax number to send it. It's effen annoying!

I have already removed our number 2 months ago and they send me the fax at 12:45 AM again.
Can anybody stop this or we need some legal action?

A fax was received regarding stock information on NOVORI and listed 888-566-2393 as the removal number, however, when that number is dialed I repeatedly get a message saying all circuits are busy now, please hang up and try your number at a later time.  This is a violation of my privacy and is illegal.

We have become aware of a fax which has been sent out by Strategic Capital or Green Strategic Capital touting the stock of Novori.  Please be advised that Novori Inc. has not authorized this fax or any fax campaign.  Further, we do not work with, or have any knowledge of Strategic Capital or Green Strategic Capital and our attempts to locate or contact them has so far been futile.  We have also contacted the FCC and are doing all we can to identify the sender of the fax and to have them stopped.

Novori regularly communicates with shareholders through filings with the SEC and through news releases which are distributed through accredited media channels.  We understand the frustration of receiving these unsolicited faxes and are doing everything in our power to have them stopped.

Received junk fax from Strategic Capital regards: Novori. Have previously called the fax number removal line multiple times to no avail.ILLEGAL JUNK FAX.

Will make contact with the toll free fax number listed above. I will make my fax a total of 100 pages long using Winfax. I will set it up to send this same fax, every night, for a solid month, until they remove my fax number. I will set up Winfax to dial their fax number with a *67 before my number so that they can not block it. The script on each page will say the same thing "Please Remove My Fax Number XXX-XXX-XXXX permanently from your records. Your company has been sending me illegal Junk faxes and I want it to stop now."  Even if they figure out my fax number, I work for a large company and last I counted we have over 30 different fax machines, all of which utilize Win-Fax, and their own separate number. I can save this fax-job, and send it from ANY, or ALL of the fax machines simultaneously if I so desire.

They will regret having sent me a junk fax. I assure you of this.

Faxed a copy of the junk fax, along with a polite request that junk fax and Do Not Call List laws be obeyed to Novori's toll-free fax line (877) 877-6557. Suggest everyone else do the same.

I just got the fax advertising the Novori Stock, so I sent NOVORI a fax on their toll free fax line saying I didn't want anymore faxes from them. If everyone did this it would cost them money and use up their toner and paper in the fax machine. I think I'll send 10 more faxes later tonight. My fax had white letters and the rest was solid black to use up their toner or ink.

junk fax for some jewelry stock - symbol NOVO.  This fax also has Novori listed as the actual company. Google search came up with novori.com.  scroll to the bottom of their homepage - same stock symbol.  Toll free telephone and TOLL FREE FAX # ........ hmmmmm
