It is, of course, completely a scam. Report it to your local and state authorities (State Attorney General). The scammer may be outside the U.S. and beyond the reach of law enforcement, but you can never be too careful.

I DID GET A CALL AND I CALLED IT AND THEY HELPED ME OUT

Lily, this is really strange. I received a local call from 570-218-5778 this morning. The woman identified herself as Ms. Shriver.  She stated I had three complaints listed out of my county and said there were summons being issued from my local magistrates office that would be sent to my employer and home. She said to resolve the issue I need to call 1-888-568-3580.  I think it is this scam company that I dealt with two years ago. Some payday loan company who called and threatened to send police to arrest me and they posed as lawyers.  Which is very illegal.  I called the 1-888 number back but hung up once I heard the man's familiar voice.
