showed up on my phone bill....everytime i try to call it is busy.....

showed up on my bill and i missed it the 1st month but kept trying to call them From june till august...finally got someone to answer and they said it was some kind of employee notification system and my daughter set it up in March. The problem is that my daughter moved out in october of the previous year! These people are just scam artists...trying to make a dishonest buck off those of us who make an honest buck...finally got them to cancel...but they would not remove the prev charges....just remember, what comes around goes around. We have had this $14.9 plus tax .97, total $15.92 on our AT & T phone bill at least since January!!!  It was just noticed tonight, while looking at the bill for something else!  So, we pulled out all of this year's bills and it's on ALL of them!  I have a feeling this will not be easy to get credit for.  UGH!  But, I will certainly try - that's at least $111.44.  

It's mighty sad that no one can be trusted anymore!  I'm furious!

Got a similar charge on my phone bill about it. I didn't sign up for anything. Going straight to the phone company (AT&T) to get this removed.

I have had a number of these show up from different companies.  I called AT&T and asked what is going on.  Apparently, these bogus companies have figured out a loophole in the law.  They go ahead and use a 3rd Party billing company to charge your bill for a bogus service.  The originating company gets paid by AT&T while a month later you get billed for the service.  By the time you call and complain, and request a cancellation and refund, a second cycle of billing has gone through.  You will see the same charge at least twice.  What this results in, besides a lot of aggravation to us honest people, is that the bogus company gets and interest free loan for at least two months.  Calculate that this is done hundreds of thousands of times per month, and you can see how these crooks are giving themselves millions of dollars of interest free loans per month.  Please pressure your political representatives, attorney generals, and the FCC to make these activities illegal.

I had the exact same charge on my AT&T bill as Bea.  I also was mystified.  Neither my husband nor I had anything to do with signing up for this service.  How can a legitimate company like AT&T allow scam artists like this to suck money out of your phone bill?
When I called the company they reversed the charges for September but not for August.  They promised to cancel their "service" that we never signed up for.
Then, in December, guess what?? They're back on our bill again!

I also found a 14.95 charge on my AT&T phone bill.
It was listed as Emp Notification-Total Contact Solutions at 1 888 568-6365 to complain about the charge. They claimed that I filled out an online registration form for another person in my household.  I argued that I did not and have never heard of their company.  After screaming at their rep I got the Oct-09 charges credited and now am in the process of getting a credit for my Aug-09. I was told that I needed to contact my Internet Svc provider, have them send me an email stating that my IP address did not match the IP address Total Solutions gave to me. We shall see if the credit is applied.  If not, they will certainly hear from again.  Good Luck getting your credit.

I don't think I received a call from this outfit, but, out of the clear blue, a $14.95, plus taxes, entry appeared on my Cincinnati Bell phone bill.  I first called Cincinnati Bell.  They said I had to call "ILD".  They said I would need to call "Total Contact Solutions".  I did and talked to a customer service rep that said she would reverse my billing. (We'll see.)  
I did report the incident to the Kentuck Attorney General office.
I checked with the Florida Secretary of State office and they do not have a listing for Total Contact Solutions.  I checked the Palm Harbor, FL Chamber of Commerce.  No listing. I checked the Clearwater BBB and they have no listing.
This obviously is a scam.  Let's hope we get our money back, but, I'm not holding my breath.
If anyone has actually found these people, I'd love to know.
