work in the USA. 200 prerecorder numbers and allows up to 1000 numbers also I believe you can wildcard block certain type numbers. They are a British company.

This number calls me and a voice begins saying some with the words "your country" in it. When I speak it appear to automatically hang up. This has happened several times. I want it to stop.

Putting you on do not call, if you keep it up sueing you and buying myself a fancy new phone~ :) caller beware!

Calls like these are robot calls. They have a device which calls with a script (which in this case is broken) and from the sound of it they have disabled the "remove from list" option.

I have complained to the FTC before on numbers and they do nothing. You cannot count on the number being the real number, since the carriers allow number-spoofing. If the people calling really are for a company incorporated and doing business in the US, then the only real option  you have is to get a lawyer and sue them. More often than not, these companies are not even in the US and are calling using US-based numbers they do not even own, so there is no way they can be tracked, unless you complain to your carrier and can get the numbers traced when they call.

This problem cold be solved by the carriers, but they wont do it, since they receive large incomes from Telemarketers. Between government spying and telemarketers, I am ready to have my landline disconnected and just use cellular, which is protected much better from spam by law.

What a joke! None of that works, if you've been there how come you are on this site checking a number. I wrote to the Attorney General, they  referred me to a Consumer Protection site which refers me to the Do Not Call list. Your website FTC refers me to the same Do Not Call list. That's called a merry go round ....

They answer the phone as <unintelligible> solutions, but given what I've read it is the Winston-Salem Journal who gave them my phone number.  I already told another agent for the Winston-Salem Journal to stop calling me.

This is a call from IMPACT SALES SOLUTIONS - apparently represent subscriptions to local newspapers - that I already receive! - the greeting asks you to press "2" to put your number on the do not call list - at 8:30 pm when they called they say "The party you are trying to call is currently unavailable, to leave a message please do so at the sound of the tone...."  Left a message telling them to remove my numbers XXX-XXX-XXXXX from their list....will see if they actually remove me.

I get calls from them every 3-4 days wanting to sell me a subscription to a newspaper.  I am on the federal trade commission "DO NOT CALL LIST".  I have contacted the company "Impact Sales Solutions" and had to leave a message with them and told them I have filed a complaint with the Federal Trade commission and will continue to do so with every phone call I receive from this number.  PLEASE go to the website and file a complaint!!!  The Federal Trade Commission toll free number is:  1-888-382-1222  you can follow the prompts to file it, and continue to do so if you keep getting calls!!   *if you call the Impact Solutions number, and press 2, it is supposed to let you get on their do not call list... HOWEVER, that "mailbox is full".  scam.

A person was on the other end (for a change) and said "Hello", but when I repeated my standard work greeting identifying my name and the business I work for (since I am at work), she hung up on me. Is it too hard to say "Sorry, wrong number?"
I had just picked up a legitimate 888-call about an hour ago from one of our company affiliates, so ignoring toll free calls isn't an option.

I like the air horn idea.

Get calls from 888-576-0074, they never answer and call all the time.

Still calling and hanging up, made a 3 request to be place on the DNC.

We receive calls from this number (888-576-0074) on our UNLISTED home phone.  They never leave a message.  I would like to know how they got our number!  And I would like to get off of their call list!!!!

I have called these people several times. A joker named Mike picks up the phone I say A little something or just hang up. I thing he's starting to fold under the pressure. You reap what you sow.

CONTINUOUSLY receive unwanted calls from 888-576-0074, they never leave a message or talk if you answer.  I am on do not call, tried calling the number but got a voice mailbox that was full for Imapct Sales Solutions.  I looked them up on the Internet and found the number:
