I had Unicel and they aren't the greatest. The shut off my phone because they said I owed them $50. THen 1 month later they refunded to me because there was an error in the system. So before you judge people, just remember it could be a problem on the companie's end. Plus I don't see why the company just can't leave a name of whom they are, then maybe a call would get returned

It is Unicel. Your payment is late and/or your service has been disconnected. All you had to do was return the call. Or, answer it when they called. Better yet...keep your payments current.
