they said i owed money to a company i have never did business with so its an obvious fake

just a bunch of bottom feeders who buy up old debt from decades a go and try to harrass people who probably forgot about it by now.

I keep getting nusance calls from this number and when I answer sometimes I just hear breathing or sometimes there is no sound at all.

I have gotten a couple of calls from this number today. I never answer numbers that I don't know. I give them one chance to leave me a voicemail. If they do not leave a voicemail I look the number up on line to see who they are. I have an app called Mr. Number. This app will allow you to set these calls to either go straight to voicemail or pick up and hang up on them. It is my favorite app.

THEY'RE CALLING MY HOME LINE. COMING UP ON CALLER ID AS FBCS. I THOUGHT IT WAS FEDERAL BLUE CROSS SHIELD SINCE THAT IS WHAT I HAVE. THEY KNEW NOTHING ABOUT THE NUMBER. HOPE NEW PRESIDENT CAN PUT A STOP TO THIS!!

The number calls my phone everyday and when i answer it hangs up

I had a contract with APX Alarm of Provo, Utah. A year ago, I told them I couldn't afford them any longer, I had no job and only social security as income. They said too bad, we want our money. I offered to return their alarm, but they didn't want it. They just wanted the money. I stopped paying them. Now this collection agency calls every day. I never answer the phone for 8xx numbers. They can't be too bright. The phone only rings 4 times before they give up. That's barely enough time to reach it to see who is on caller ID.

888-581-7448 Collection agency calls my cell, I answer Hello? the computer says hold the line please and immediately again the computer says please stay on the line you are next in cue. I then hang up... I don't owe any body, any money.. So who in the world is this?? Why would you have a computer call my phone and then put me on hold? That is just rude anyhow.

called me few times already, they wont take your number off the list no matter what ,
they are a collection company , i think for time Warner cable or similar ....

I don't know who it is but it has to stop. i get a call everyday, around the same time. I know its not a bill collector because the bills are paid up lol.

Number is from FBCS Finanicals.  Got through once even though they said it was after hours.  Next two times just a beep and hangup.

Chances are, you can call your cell phone provider and have them block the number. I know with Verizon, you can do it online yourself.

This phone number calls me at least 4 times a day 7 days a week. Im getting I answer, they hang up. I call them back, the number doesnt ring then hangs up. Its really annoying.

This number calls both me and my husbands cell phones several times a day. I tried to call back and it doesn't ring. It just hangs up. I would love to find a way to block them from my phone. Ugh!

How can we stop them from calling us

I also tried to call it back.  It never rings.  It sits for a few seconds & then hangs up on you...so how are they calling my cell phone daily?  Very annoying.

Called back and it was just an out of order number....
