this is supposed to be a number you can call to cancel your order of acai berry or colon cleanse...it is all from total cleanse....you cannot reach them, all you get a busy number..they continue to charge your credit card and the only way to stop it is to cancel that card or in my case, a debit card, cancel your checking account and open a new one. this is such bs!!!

When I got the product I actually called and said that I did not want to get billed monthly and I was told I would not see any payment taken from checking account. Just saw today that I got billed and I tried to call and all I got was a busy signal. So I had to call and cancel my debit card and will be working with my bank to fight this charge. I would agree that this is BS!!!!!

This number was on my credit card next to a charge that I had no idea what for.  I will be trying to call to get it taken care of.  doesn't look good from the above comments - does anyone have any ideas of how to stop it?

I ordered the "free" trial of acai berry and colon cleanse, I have been trying to cancel the next shipment via telephone and online- I can not get a hold of anyone. This is a rip off, I only have 2 more days to contact them and that's Sunday and President's 2 days that are not not business days. How can people do this type of stuff. I heard that Oprah and Rachel Ray recommended this so I ordered this, I was so excited that I finally had found something that would help me lose weight and become healthy. What a SCAM, I can't beleive that some company could actually get away with this, and I want to know if Oprah really recommended this product if so she needs to pay everyone back that got scammed. I can't believe I was so stupid to order this product in the first place.  As soon as I got the product I called and cancelled.  I also had to cancel a list of other things that were hidden on the receipt.  I called all teh numbers and cancelled...but they still charged my account.  This is what is wrong with the world....people trying to make a profit off the sufferrings of others.  Sometimes I wish we still paid all of our bills with checks...they were so much easier to cancel.  Now my whole account is in shambles.  Thanks alot you crooks from AcaiBerry!!!!!!

GOT CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER AND WHEN I CALLED BACK TO SUPOSEDLY CANCEL SOME MONTHLY CHARGE FOR SOME WEIRD FERBAL MEDICATION, IT DOESN'T EXIST. THEY WILL CHARGE YOUR ACCOUNT AND YOU HAVE TO CANCEL YOUR BANK CARDS TO GET RID OF THEM. iT IS FOR SOME DRUG CALLED PHENTREMINE Civ-xR, DO NOT BUY, ITS A SCAM..

The first time I called, they did refund the full amount.  I must have got lucky with whoever I was speaking to.

I was able to have them refund one payment.  I have been charged 2 more times and nothing sent to me.  Today I called and was told they could not refund me and that it was in their terms and conditions, but there was nothing listed in the terms and conditions or on the paper that was sent to me.  I was also hung up on by them today.

This number is on my bill. Why? You call it and it says go to www.mytrialsupport.com and leave a ticket and they will get in contact with you in 24 hours. I have been calling and calling to no avail. I don't want another charge on my credit card for something I didn't recieve.

IT GAVE ME INITIALLY A FAST BUSY TONE AND IT WOULD NOT CONNECT. THEN IT SAID THAT MY CALL COULD NOT BE CONNECTED

I am at the moment trying to fight with them and all I got from them is that I will get a refund of only 70% back because I didn't cancel within 15 days that is stated on their fine print policy. My bank denied my claim and I can't get my money back from them. The phone# that was listed on my acct. was this 888.582.8080 and all I got for those first 15 days was a fast tone busy signal and noone to answer. THIS IS HOW THEY GET YOU! so now I am screwed and for the free trial that you paid only the S/H it is now costing $80 some, when they ship out the 2nd bottle they charge you again another $80 some and you are SCREWED again!!! UGHHHHH so angry!

Has anyone had any success in stopping the scam??? I can't get through to anyone to cancel it.

Ordered a free sample of detox pills.  Was billed $84.79 times two as I ordered two bottles, one for my spouse and another for myself.

As stated above I got the "FREE" samples four weeks ago, then today found two unauthorized debit transactions on my debit card for a total of $169.58!  They have a number listed as 1888582-8080, but never answer the phone!

Don't even call them, just call your financial institution and have them stop the payment!

Never request any detox or body cleans samples or "free" samples on line that ask you to pay for any kind of shipping fee.  This is a scam and they will start charging your account for merchandis you did not order and never received.   Make sure you read the fine print nothing is free.  When you call the number attached to the transaction (this number happened to be 888-582-8080)they put you on hold and never pick up the call claiming high call volume.  My advice if this happens to you immediately call your financial institution and change your card number so they no longer have access to it. I got charged for something that I don't even realize that this merchant is ever exist. I was just checking on my bank statement online and I got charged for BODY CLEANS and their phone number is 888 582 8080, I called this number and no one answer the phone. I have never ordered anything online, neither give any approval to anyone to direct debit on my account and all of sudden I got billed with this merchant. THIS IS DEFINITELY CARD FRAUD!!!!!!!

I was charged for a free trial offer and when I called to stop shipment on the next order I was going to be hcarged for, the phone number would disconnect on me before it went through.  Can you spell FRAUD!

Rep calling from this phone number was rude, and after I told them I was not interested in their product I was called names. The rep then hung up on me, and called back serveral times throughout a 3 day period.
