It's a standard automatic call from Kaiser Permanente letting you know that you'll get your bill soon and coverage begins when you make your payment.  Nothing to write home about.

It was a Kaiser Permanente robot that mangled my last name, gave me a 7-digit PIN, and told me to call back because they "may" be able to reduce my rates.  Called back; didn't need the PIN; heard the message that they were "very busy helping other customers" many times; got disconnected after 12 minutes.  Called again; waited 5 minutes; left an angry message when the recording asked if I wanted to.  They say they "may" call me back within 48 hours.

I'm interested to see how they discuss all the fine details of the different plans over the phone without my having printed material in front of me.  I don't believe this will work very well.

I just received the same robocall saying that Kaiser had important information regarding my plan(never missed a payment but an increase will happen next billing cycle).    I called the number, and after hearing the voice ask if I was I (Are you xxx (first name)?), I just hung up.   All this happened on a Saturday morning.

I got a robocall last week from this marketing company, notifying me that Kaiser has changed its plans and supposedly sent me new plan docs. I'm a subscriber and haven't gotten them yet. I noticed that after I complained to regulators over a year ago, I got Kaiser plan documents that claimed to be from a couple of years earlier (immediately after VA got a new gov and AG). Those docs claimed I could be terminated if I said or published anything negative about them. BTW, the robocall changed to a recording as it asked for permission to call me further--and I said NO. And this year Maryland is conducting its every-5-year review of insurance plans including Kaiser

I just got the same call last night with a seven digit pin.  After reading these messages, I'm not going to return the call.  If there was something going on, I would expect them to contact me via email.  Chalking this one up to spam.

I received the same call and message about having it expire.

Robo call identifying calling party as Kaiser.  Seven digit pin left with message.  When I returned the call I was told the message has expired.

I got a message saying that it from Kaiser Permanent.

Just received a voice message saying it was from Kaiser Permenente with an important message regarding my health plan and to return call using a 7 digit code they provided when leaving the message.  I returned call within 15 minutes.  Recording said I was not calling from the correct phone number and to verify if this was correct number.  After saying "yes", the recording said the message had expired and could not be delivered.

Rec'd a call saying it was from Kaiser Permanente about a Kaiser Medical plan. I already have Kaiser.
