Let me tell you something Ms. Mahoney  you are an illegal company that has NO license to collect anything let alone illegal payday loans that are given to people under FALSE pretense. YOU will be caught and YOU will be taken to jail if you and your Cloneys ( Investigator Logan ) do not stop harrassing people about debts that they DO NOT OWE!!! Most payday loans via the internet that you try to collect on are over paid and illegal in most states and the people are ONLY required to pay back the principal so give it up because YOU are about to hit rock bottom with many Attorney General Offices, and many Federal Trade Commission offices around the world!!!!!

I got a call from a man who called himself "Investigator Logan" and he left this number as the callback number. He said that if I didn't want his "help" I would supposedly get a summons. They are full of crap. No one is doing any summoning. It's just a "scare" tactic to try and get you to pay off your loan with them.

Be aware - they are phishing for information - they called my grandmother who carries my  maiden name (which I haven't had in over 15 years).  They obviously have the wrong person b/c I've never had a cash advance.  Make sure they give you information to make sure its you.  Like I said they were looking for someone with mymaiden name information - there are 5 people in my city/vicinity with my maiden name.

I got a call from 716-299-0418 they said I was going to go to jail in a day or two. They had no information on the debt at all. Gave me another # 888-592-5556 said they had 5 companies and I needed to give them my name a social so they could direct me to the correct co. I told them to go blow. So you think I will need bail money in a couple of days ? Not

Threatened me with Jail Time. Said I would be arrested next week if I did not pay. Tried to get $815.00 from my debit card from a loan that they say took place over three years ago. Has been making threatening calls to my mother in law who has absolutely nothing to do with me. Not sure what the real name of the company is but when they tried to charge my debit card it showed up as Direct Mediators

I got a call from them and the lady named Mrs.Lowery is very rude.she also called my mother and her that I had all her info and then told her put a fraud alert on her ss#.she also told me over the phone that of sounded like I was packing heat

Well it's a shock to me to hear that Deborah Mahoney owns this company. To my knowledge she is a co-owner to Vision Asset along with Mike Kowalick and Angela Burdolf. Oh yeah I forgot she parted partnership with you guys, after you stole all of the money! Wow talk about crooks. To clearify DM Associates does not stand for Deb Malhoney Angela please get a life its enough paper for everyone. She did not steal your collectors as you so think get a crip!

They threatened a lawsuit for "attempt to defraud a financial institution, " and judging from what I have read online, they threaten everyone with this. Coincidentally, it is a CRIME for a collection agency to threaten a lawsuit.  

**READ YOUR CONSUMER RIGHTS that can be found in the FDCPA website which are federal Laws that protect you as a consumer. DO NOT BELIEVE they are going to do anything to you since THEY CAN'T and if they threaten you then I suggest all of you to FILE a COMPLAINT by going to the FTC website and with your State Attorney General. Also the collections company will be liable for a lawsuit up to a $1,000 fine for breaking the FDCPA laws.

Deborah you should know better and EDUCATE your self about what you CAN NOT do when you are trying to collect a debt and if you continue with this illegal practices you will be hearing from FTC since we as consumers have the right to complaint about ABUSIVE collectors and YOU ARE ONE!
