This place is a total scam.  I would contact your insurance company and State Farm headquarters to let them know.  I called State Farm and they say they do not use this company.  They have no authority to revoke your license either.

Bell Subrogation Services LLC of Tampa, Florida is the epitome of a slimy, unethically run organization that will unrelentingly harass innocent people and thumb their nose at those they harass and the government.  They should have their license to do business revoked and if we had any Attorney General who actually worked for the people, they would be out of business.  In my case, they are in violation of at least one law (the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act) and have ignored repeated requests by phone and certified mail to cease and desist their annoying daily phone calls. I have even written the Texas (where I live) and Florida Attorneys General about this despicable company and their illegal practices.  Yet, to date, they continue their daily phone calls looking for someone who no longer lives at my address and has not lived at my address for over 4 years, but that apparently means nothing to these scum bags.  No company should be allowed to do business when they constantly harass innocent people and ignore the law.

I was informed by the Texas Attorney General that "...when substantive evidence indicates that a person or business is systemically violating Texas law, the Attorney General may take action on behalf of the collective legal interests of the people of this state."  Isn't it comforting to know that the people in government who are entrusted to uphold the laws, and who allegedly work for the people, MAY take action against companies that violate the law essentially whenever they feel like it.  A quick search of the Internet will reveal plenty of evidence of this company's dubious practices for the Attorneys General.  One wonders just how many phone calls, emails and/or letters to these officials it will take before they do their job.

If any of you reading this have had similar problems with this company, or know of others who have, I encourage you to write or call your state and the Florida Attorney General.  Who knows, if they start getting harassed enough maybe they will actually uphold the law and shut this business down.

I keep getting calls in my cell phone from (888) 595 - 1417 every day at least 2 or 3 times per day, I don?t pick up calls from numbers I don?t know, but I call them back to day, I was told a Mr. Reyes was looking for me, they told me I was at fault in a accident in 2011, the I was doing tricks on a skate board, I have never had an auto accident or never in my life been in a skate board, I'm blocking this number and for any one getting calls from them, call your telephone provider and see if they offer a program to block numbers you don?t want to keep calling you.

These are the most rude people I have ever spoken with. They call continuously even after I have spoken with them and told them that I am disabled and unable to pay anything at this time. Their Mr. Reyes told me his name was Mr. Click and hung up on me. When I called back to speak with a supervisor, they were all laughing in the background. Obviously NOT a supervisor and VERY unprofessional! I will be finding out more about harassment laws immediately!!

Ive done customer service for over 16yrs and never encountered such unprofessional behavior from anyone like the reps at Bell LLC.  State Farm screwed up their records by listing the passenger in an accident as the responsible party versus the driver and failed to provide proof of the estimated damage to the vehicle. I contacted State Farm numerous times to get the issue corrected and 3 months later it still has not been fixed. They just turn the info to the collector (Bell LLC) who harrasses callers and threatens to revoke your license. The reps claim they dont have any info but will continously ask for payment. The reps are extremely rude and frankly just sound downright mad and angry at the world, which is no way to get things accomplished.
I have even gone so far to do conference call with State Farm and Bell to get the info corrected and get the estimate of charges as requested. To date still have not received anything and this issue has not been corrected. I would never do State Farm as a result and would encourage other to do the same. I also filed complaint with BBB

I had a huge issue with Bell, LLC.  My husband had an accident over 10 yrs ago and didn't have insurance at the time, he owed over $9000.  We dealt with Bell years ago and made payment arrangements faithfully for 8 years, never late or a problem.  Then when we hit financially issues, husband & I both lost our jobs, only one of us collecting unemployment, and even had to start collecting state aid, we weren't able to keep up on our bills.  Every other company worked with us, but NOT BELL, they harassed us daily!!!!  I spoke with them to lower our payments, they refused to do so.  Then one month I didn't pay, but I called them ahead of time to tell them I couldn't this month, and the girl I spoke with said "no problem because we have never been late before it wouldn't be an issue" - YEAH RIGHT!  The beginning of the next month, Jose, called me and said that since we missed a payment we defaulted on our payment arrangement and now had to pay balance in full.  Told him "if I couldn't make a monthly payment, how was I to pay in full?", he said "not my problem, you screwed up and you better figure something out".  I called back asking for a supervisor and got him again, Jose, he said he was the supervisor, so I hung up on him.  Well, I finally had someone else assigned to the account, and he actually worked with me, until I had a balance of a little over a $100 left.  I called back and spoke with Mr. Kincaid, asking to settle on the balance left; he told me they would do this and finally was done with the account.
Now months have gone by, not a letter or a call, all of the sudden they started again looking for the balance for $100+.  I told them about the balance was to be written off by Mr. Kincaid, and they knew nothing about this and have to pay this balance or my husband's license would be suspended.  I told them they couldn't do that because of how long it's been since the accident (which is true, spoke with a lawyer and the DMV).  This person said it was, and I told them "with my written documentation from the DMV & the lawyer, that it wasn't true, so I would file charges with the FTC for fraudulent information & harrassment", they said "go for it and good luck doing so", then hung up on me.  They call daily, and I pick up the phone, told them to call the FTC and I hang up on them.  If I don't pick up, they don't leave a message and call back in another hour.  These people are FOOLS and have customer service people that need to be fired!!!!

I get calls almost every day regarding a Gieco Claim for a guy that I do not even know. Some are recordings and some are live people (latest being Allen). I have had the same phone number for 15 years. Never used Geico, do not the guy you are calling for, can you please do a little research? I am not going to call you back no matter how many times you call me since your reputation precedes you.  I do not want to waste my time talking to rude people who will just call back asking for the same guy I do not know in a couple days anyway.  RING ON...

We get calls all the time now it is daily for a Tyrone Cheauma. I don't know this guy and I wish they would quit calling and quit just looking up and calling I guess every name that is the same or close to his. I googled this guy they are looking for and he lives in North Dakota. I just leave the answering machine on till they get more tired. I did call them and I was not nice on the message I left them. They sure don't have customer service in mind. Get smart and find who ever you are looking for and leave us people alone.

This company, Bell, LLC,  has called my home for something like 10 business days in a row. Since we work, the answering machine picks it up and when I call back , they rudely demand my phone number. When I give it to them, they put me on hold and then come back and ask if I am Mr. (XXXX   XXXXXX)  A person that I have never heard of, and when I say that is not me and that I have had this phone number for over 10 years, they say they will remove it from their files and to give it 24 hours to be completed. Well now it has been  approximately 10 days later and the daily calls continue and they tell me the same thing.  They are rude, and unprofessional. According to their website,  they call themselves the Subrogation experts with no case too small, yet they can't handle a task as simple as deleting a wrong phone number. Somebody needs to call Warren Buffet about how Geico ( one of his companies at Berkshire-Hathaway) uses such an unprofessional company. I am sure he doesn't know about this kind of behavior.

I agree. I also was never contacted in ANY way by State Farm or the alledged victim. Nor was my isurance ever contacted. All the sudden one day, the harrassing phone calls started. I asked when I was going to get anything in writting and was told I need to contest it to get anything in writing. What kind of shady business operates that way? I just can't understand how people can send someone to collections without ever verifying that the debt is owed. And if and when it is verified, collections through a 3rd Party Agency should be the very last attempt, not the first and only. State Farm is incompetent! Do your own homework before sending people to collections! Something tells me if I was a State Farm customer this wouldn't have happened.

These people called me out of nowhere saying I hit somebody 6 months ago and drove away. Can't tell me any other details. Said a witness got my plate number. They NEVER identified themselves as a debt collector. He never even gave me his name. The guy sounded like the police or something. I just wanted to see if this was a real company. I was beginning to think a vengeful ex was playing a trick. Kind of makes me wonder how I can be sent to collections without knowing about it until after I'm already in a delinquent status for something I didn't do. What, no chance to defend the accusations prior to being sent to collections? Don't they have to prove the debt or something? The rich get richer and the poor, well, get screwed.

These people are insane.  Calls all day with an automated ladies telling me to call.  My lawyer contacted them and she said they got nasty with her and hung up.  She called me backed laughed about the manner and told me all I need to do is keep paying my bills with the court. I even had one lady leave a real message saying "I need to contact her because my driving privileges where in REVIEW? ' I have had a suspended license for over 2 years!  and they claim they talked about at first had nothing to do with driving. These people have no right to call anyone. They have no power to do anything.  Take it as a joke and if you actually get to speak with a person.... GIVE EM HELL

I love how this collection agency, non-attorney, calls and calls and calls, when you answer they recite the law to you, assuming they know exactly what happen, and tell you your a criminal and you've broken the law, proceeds to make you IRATE as hell, and then expects you to be nice to them reach into your wallet pay some insane amount of money all at once; or they will suspend your drivers license, then HANGS UP!
STATEFARM, I'd never do business with you, you should have considered a different collection agency, or proper notice prior to collection.
bad bad bad business practices.

This company calls me everyday sometimes 2 or 3 times a day. They have even called people in my family and told them they would not remove them from their call list because it involved a police report. HAHA. I had a fender bender in a Walmart parking lot. The police came and did not write a police report b/c it was on private property. They are clearly violating the FDCP law. They also tell me as well they are representing State Farm Insurance. Funny how my State Farm agent has never heard of these people. I suppose I will have to change my telephone number. I have contacted an attorney that handles businesses like this. Maybe they will get them off my back.

For those who have claimed that Bell LLC represents State Farm Insurance on issues of collections or claims subrogation collection and uninsured motorist collections, the news is that State Farm has spoken to me and indicated that they have no contract or business relationship with Bell.

In fact, Cecilla at State Farm suggested that any correspondence, or written demands can be faxed to them at 888 309-8608.

In addition, they indicated that those claiming that Bell has any connection to State Farm should call them at 888 695-3265.  They said any wrongful use of their name, or abusive practices would be dealt with appropriately. [Means.....Bell you really want to screw with an $80B insurance company?]

If you owe State Farm money that was written off, then that might be a different issue - nevertheless, they don't seem to be connected to Bell.

This company has been calling me repeatedly for someone's debt that does not live with me, never has and never will.  Even though they have been told this repeatedly and they have claimed they have removed my number from their files, they still continue.  I guess it is time to file a law suit against them for harassing phone calls.

I keep getting calls on behalf of State Farm for some accident that has nothing to do with me. My name is very common so they must have picked it from the phone book.  I totally went off on them last night after being polite the first 10 times.  I think its a SCAM.

I got a call from these people about an accident claim.
I told them that I did not know them from adam so I was not willing to send them personal documents
but that I would send them to state farm the people who gave them this claim. She (Pam) got annoyed
very quickly and started threatening me saying they would pull my license and make things hard on me.
Tried to make it sound like it was now or never and I guess it kind of was since she was so unpleasant
that I would not ever want to talk to her or help them in any way again. Then she hung up on me.
I understand that debt collectors need to play hard ball but she seems to take it personally when you
are not willing to do it her way.
A business that threatens and hangs up on people is just a bad business.
