They always call, say nothing, then hang up

They leave very threatening messages on my voice mail, and yet wish me to "have a good day" - today it was "officer Alex Cooper - don't regard this message then says something about a situation unfolding for me" GOODBYE!  No different than some I'm received from other phone numbers and have reported each to the FTC and threatened to do the same today with this one.  I did call them back a left a message, I rec'd 7 back to back phone calls which I answered/hung up immediately - not speaking to them.  I can't understand half of what they say but one said USACash - I doubt that though.  Others from different numbers told me to meet them at the courthouse (in NYC - I live in South Dakota, and another told me they were an FTC Officer)...so funny - I threaten them right back and sound like a nut, but also start to talk with an accent & gibberish until they hang up on me...It's simple entertainment when you give back to them what they are doing!

850-810-5405 watch out for this caller with an east indian accent he claims to be an officer and threatens you with  a supposed on going law suit. it comes up out of north florida. real creepy character

It's a company called progression marketing. I acted like I wasn't me and the guy says due to privacy laws I can't tell you what it's regarding. They call 5 times a day and leave no message

Keep getting calls from this number.  Think it may someone trying to bill my telephone.
