I know what you mean.  I've talked to these idiots multiple times & gotten it cleared up, mistaken phone number & other information but a couple of weeks go by & it starts all over again.  I am really tired of having to explain the same s*** each & every time.  They are suppose to make notes on all of this but apparently they are too lazy to do it.  I'm beginning to think they get paid by the number of phone calls they make.

I cannot believe they are harassing my 13 year old who has had this number for a year and never calls anyone but me... what the hell is wrong with these morons!?!

These clowns keep calling for someone else and will not remove the # after repeatedly telling them that they are not here. They call while I am sleeping and outside legal hours. i CHANGED MY PHONE # to get rid of these calls.

My house is being foeclosed on and it looks like the first week of December is when the axe will fall, but all the other stuff we are current on, no credit card debt or anything like that. Yes we may be close to 30 days late on some of our bills but with the exception of our mortgage (we are over 3 months late on that :-( ) we are not more than 30 days late, we are pass the "grace" period but not pass the 30 days. They call my cell about once a week but if I don't reconize ANY number I just don't answer it and have it go to voice mail if they decide to leave one, if not. no skin off my nose!

This debt collection agency calls and on the times I choose to answer it; they hang up on me!  WTF?  If I don't then it goes to a robot who announces if it is not "me" then the person listening needs to hang up.  Like most people would-I don't think so.  Anyway I don't get why they hang up when I actually answer.  Seems they really don't want to work with anyone.  Fine by me because I won't be able to pay that bill anyway.
