Received this final notice e-mail today- they are now using a different name and physical address, but still the same phone number as was appearing on the original e-mails. This company name and address does not pull up under the BBB website.
I called the Attorney General's Office in my state last week about this company- Samuel Sole & Associates to see if they were licensed to do business in my state. I was told no. I am not responding to their stupid e-mails or text messages. Go bother someone else............

If I look up the National Check Fraud Center under the BBB- there is such a place located in SC, but they list a different phone number, and this organization is not accredited by the BBB. Are you sure that this is what the person told you they were from? Is this caller using this other businesses name to scare people?

they have called me several times, I almost fell for it and gave them my bank info to get on a payment plan to get the debt resolved and something told me to not do it so i havent but they still call and harrass me and leave those same messages..they will take me to court..blah blah.. i think its a scam, i have nothing recieved in the mail.

these people have been calling for a name that I do not know or related to my phone #. I have called them to have my # removed several times, left messages, couple of times, they said ok but they continue to call and leave very awful harrassment messages. A Mr. Phillips called and said he was from "The National Check Fraud Center" and there is an affidavit on me on a check charge. He threatened legal action, he is calling several times a day. It is harrassment.

I received a call from these FOOLS today. The person wouldn't give a name and stated that they were contacting me about an account I had 11 years ago which was resolved and I have the proof. He started threatening with Legal Action. I told him he could Suck My Left Nut, and Make the Right Nut Jealous. This account was resolved 7 years ago and I have the proof. I even advised him I have a letter from the institution stating that the account had been resolved. I ended the conversatioun telling him I look forward to them taking me to court. The reason why you ask? It's due to the fact that,When I arrive in court, they will not only see the letter I have from the institution, but, they would also find out that I have filed a counter-suit for HARRASSMENT!!!!
