Just answered this number, said her name was Heather Hernandez from AT&T, and that she *needed* to speak to the person in charge of the phone bills. When I said I was that person, she hesitated and said "the reason I'm calling today..." and trailed off, then disconnected. Pretty unprofessional if it really is AT&T.

Just got a call from this number; I let it go to the machine. "My name is Kayla (unintelligable last name). I'm calling on behalf of AT&T your local phone company. I need a call back today at 888-605-2427 ext. #". Yeah, Kayla, I'll get right on it!

Calls all the time but when we pick it it there is no answer. Dont know who it is and dont give 2 s****. Just getting tired of them wasting my time.

A voice mail from 888-605-2427 was left on my answering service. When I listened to it, there was no message although the silence ran for a couple of minutes.
