The same company keeps callingme, using different names but the same voice, now they are saying that they are with Maricopa Court system and that they are getting ready to file against me, I am not responding but boy do they make it sound scary. Be very careful and I hope noone else falls for their games.

A new number he called from 888-458-1420... This time Greg Norman said he hadn't received the RF (possible ARF or IRF, I don't know what this is) form from me and that they have someone "actively searching for me" and that they will send some one to a more current address or the the same one (he claimed previously that they sent someone to my house, which is BS, he has my parents address and someone was home all day the day he said they came) he repeated my parents address again.  Then the next step would be coming to my place of business.  Did he forget that that was what he told me last week!  He already threatened that and actually said he was sending someone, no one came of course because again it's BS!  He saidd in the message that if I wanted to settle this "out of court" that I should call him back right away.  I am tired of the threats, I am changing my number.

Number came in as unknown.  A Greg Norman left a couple of different messages with this call back number on my cell phone.  The first one stated that I had two formal complaints filed against me in amberillo (he stumbled on saying this) county.  I had until 5:00 pm that same day to call him and clear up the matter or they will go ahead and file and send someone to either my home or my place of business unless I called him back, what I found suspicious is that he didn't leave the name of his company in the message.  That was on a Friday.  I had my boyfriend call the number from his phone and he got a recording saying "Thank you for calling Capital, if you know the extension of the party you are trying to reach dial it now, otherwise an operator will be with you shortly." or something to that effect.  He didn't wait, just hung up because we were trying to get the name of the company.  The next call came on a Monday and they said they sent someone to my house (and stated my parents address!!!!) and I wasn't there so next they were coming to my place of business. Greg Norman said this time that he was with the Process Summit Division this time, but still did not leave a company name. He stated that once he got the IRF or ARF (this was unclear) form all activity would cease.
In both calls he gave me a case number and told me "good luck with my case"!!  WTF is going on, it?s freaking me out, I have been searching online and I am sure this is a scam, wish it would stop.

I say don't call them, or verify ANY information.  I have been doing a lot of research on this since my calls started and everything points to scam!  Even if you do owe money (which I have checked my credit report and I DON'T!!), or whatever they are trying to collect they can't threaten you with criminal charges.  Just a little bit of research and you will learn that there is NO debtor?s prison and if it is debt collection they are serious violation of the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act.  If they really had charges against you, a process server wouldn't give you a "heads up" that they were coming.  They are just trying to use scare tactics to extort people into giving them money or information to steal identities.  I am going to report them to the FTC and I suggest you do the same.  If I get one more call from these people I will be changing my number and contacting the authorities.
