They called me today, talking about a late payment?????  We don't even do business with them!

I also am on the no call list, and have no association with EMC.  and they have also started calling once a day.  same situation as above...automated message to call them.  i'm very annoyed.

I'm reporting them everyday after getting the call to the donotcall.gov site, but who knows if they'll actually do anything...maybe if more people complained?

I am on the no call list, have no known association with EMC yet I keep getting a call once per day from 1-888-609-2433. Upon answering, I am greeted with an automated message with no details only that it is from EMC mortgage and that I should call their toll free number immediately.

Very annoying. I can't wait until my phone providers contract is up so I can add number blocking features. I'll never get service with T-Mobile again. It's bad enough to have to deal with countless people calling me thinking I'm someone else. Immediately recycled phone numbers suck.

These guys call incessantly, it's ridiculous. They never leave a message and call at least 5-6 times a day on the home phone. It's very irritating.

Check out the complaints about them on the Ripoff Report. Looks like there is a lot of mortgage servicing fraud going on with this company, and they need to be stopped.

Called and I answered on the 3rd ring.  Noone picked up upon numerous "hellos" from me.  
Dialed the number back, since it was on my CID.  It is some mortgage company to which I have no affliation - EMC Corporation "if you would like to make a payment, press 1...."  Selected 3 to speak with an agent.  They said that they do not have my phone number in their database.  What?  Your auto dialer system just called me.
I, too, am on the National Do Not Call List, so I should be getting no solicitation calls.

These guys started calling a week ago.  I haven't had a mortgage in
more than five years, and the last one I had was paid in full by to a
completely different entity.

I have no idea why they want to call me incessantly.  There is no way
I have any business with them.  BTW, my number is on the national
donotcall list, so if they are calling to sell me something, they are
breaking the law.

I keep getting calls for the past 3 months from 1-888-609-2433 & 1-888-609-2438.  They hang up and do not leave a message.

It's EMC Mortgage. Difficult company to deal with. There is even a website devoted to victims of EMC: http://www.emcvictim.com/
