I got the same message. My cell phone is from a different city, and it is not listed on any official documents. The original voice sounds like it is filtered through a vocal changer, making it sound like a chipmunk. The second voice was in a stilted English accent. Not quite what you'd expect from a Texas PD.

I got one of these calls today too. They told me to call 888-406-6402 which says all lines are busy and to leave a message and someone will call back. Assuming this is fake because I haven't gotten any tickets for about 7 years...

I got one too, but it was a computer voice. I havent received a ticket either and they said I would get arrested if I dont pay.

Recorded message says I have an unpaid traffic ticket that I need to take care of before a bench warrant is issued. I have never had a traffic ticket in my life (knock on wood) so I am thinking this is another scam. They gave me 202-505-8029 to call, but noone ever answers. There is another message that says "Traffic Offenses" and that all lines are busy please leave a message.
Anyone else get this call?
