Listen folks; I have had several calls from these people about an out of date debt my deceased wife left.   I have always paid bills on time and that is the right thing to do....the difference here is I can't find any record of the debt anywhere.   I might be over 65; but I am no fool!   They left a message threatening civil and then went on to say possible CRIMINAL action would be taken.   This is illegal to do.   I contacted the State Attorney General in Ohio and an attorney.    Once they were informed of this I have not heard another peep!!!   Going fishing!!!

The company i use is payday loan debt assistance -- i have been with them for 13 months -- will be done paying everyone off by next july of 2015.  I had 9 payday loans and 2 loans with "Indian" on-line loan companies.  anyway, have your son call these folks -- they are very helpful and will get him set up with something he can afford.  I got a few harrassing calls -- but i just referred them to these folks and they take it from there.  I hope this helps you folks out -- sometimes we get in a bad situation and these payday loan folks just make it worse and it gets out of control.  

Have your son list all the loans he has with name and address of each payday loan.  Have him STOP paying loans TODAY and call these folks to help him out.  They deal with 99% of the payday loans in this country.

Not a good idea they use skip tracing and are still able to then run skips through credit bureau..and get mire then just your numbers .tell them your nit paying and quit calling you lose all your numbers and contact info...

Simple...call them back and tell them they have wrong number

Rcvd a vm frm so man talking was mumbling something about daniel slain and alllege attorney aaron salvo could regarding some matter and request a cb at 888-629-6555 yeah ok I'll be sure to get right on that; the caller needs subtitles or something so I can understand wtf he was saying

I keep recieving calls from this number, a Mr. Clements is the idiot caller and he claims that I owe money and that charges will be brought against me, BS, idk if they are a fraud or what but I do know that he is rude annoying and has no reason to call me.

This number keeps calling my employer and my cell. Leaves an unknown call back number.

I got an automated call from these number saying that they have been trying to get ahold of me which is a lie, and that if I don't talk to them charges will be brought against me.....crazy, not sure what this is all about, but obviously it sounds like they are liars! What can I do to make them stop calling?

This number has called me several times and they say they are calling for a lawyer named gary salvo. they said i have 24 hours to call them back or they will have no choice but to move forward with their case. sure would like to get my hands on this person.

Receive call from these folks it seems about once a month -- same thing regarding "decision on your behalf"  -- its always 24 hours -- i had some payday loan problems last year -- got a company in florida to help out -- they doing great job -- i pay $131 a week and they handle everything -- as far as i know they contacted all of my payday loan companies and two on-line "indian reservation" loan types -- anyway -- this company in florida warned me that harrassing calls are part of getting involved with payday loan companies - they sell your information to get additional money.  I would just ignore the folks and/or block them.  If they really wanted to talk to you they would send you a letter -- correct?  ignore them -- i know it is a hassle -- but ignore them!

I just received a robocall type e-mail from a guy who identified himself as Mr. Gary Salvo. He stated " failure to do so will leave us no choice but to render a decision on your behalf" he stated that he is from a lawfirm and that their attorney is Mr. Salvo. Practicing law without a license to do so, is illegal. Harassment has got to stop.

I got a call from ashley o'neal from Dana swine law office.    When i called back a a***ole guy answered who wouldnt give me information about what city,state he was in and called me.a terrorist

Just got a very aggressive blunt voicemail..not sure if its an actual law firm or a scam. There has to be a way to make this stop.

this is an actual law firm but like the girl that answered said its just a collections agency DBA as a Law Firm.  The person that left me the message called me profanities and I spoke to a Manager about how he was with me on the phone.  Im getting to the point that I call them back and say Im with a Law firm and scare the crap out of them.

Gotten multiple calls from this number saying they are from a aw firm stating I was non compliant...I am probably captain compliant...who do we contact to keep from getting screwed on something?

Got a robo-call from a guy that claimed I had a non-compliance issue and I needed to call back.  Clearly a phishing scam.
