I called today 3 times 1 rep hung up when I asked for a mail out so I called back the 2nd rep hung up when I questioned him about the 1st guy hanging up and the 3rd rep was some called supervisor Sal Sanchez? who hung up as well and my forth call went back to him who said to me that he did not want to talk to me. So what kind of a health insurance company is this? where is it ran from? and who is in charge? I just don't understand what is going on. I am going to keep on reporting this number I am not stopping with this site.

Get a ton of these kinds of faxes at work and because of our weak healthcare at work, I thought I'd investigate this a bit.
DON'T BOTHER.
Total scam and as others have shared- they want money up front for nothing. Thats when you're lucky enough to even get a live person.
You won't get anything and as most things that appear to be too good to be true- thats the case with this. SCAM.

I was stuipd enough to sign up. I called to unenroll and they hung up on me. I would advise anyone not to sign, it is definetely a scam.

File a claim with the FCC. There faxes are expensive and annoying to receive. They need to be stopped. http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm
I filed a claim this morning. Do not call in and cancel your fax number with the provided number. They will sell your number to another company and escalate your problem.

Similar situation as others posted before. Received one of these faxes a month or so ago at my work location (where none of the staff have inquired about health insurance as it's already provided to us there), called automated line to unsubscribe. Got another fax on 8/7/2009. Called to speak to a rep to complain, who cut me off and sent me back to the automated unsubscribe line. Apparently we got another one from them a few days later when I wasn't working.

I recieved a fax allegedly from allied heath professionals on 8/11/2009.
This came into my personal work fax number ans was emailed to my work email. It was then auto forwarded to my personal email as I am currenlty on furlough status with the down economy.
The fax images do not seem to have a sending phone number in the image.
I will send you the entire fax as I recieved it, as a direct email

Re: Violation of N.J.S.A. 56:9-158, unauthorized facimile
Dear Sir or Madam:
I received the enclosed fax today. I believe the facsimile came to this office in violation of N.J.S.A. 56:8-158.
I do not appreciate receiving facsimiles where the sender suggests that the recipient presented an inquiry regarding health insurance. The sender of this fax received no like inquiry from this office.
I would like to file a complaint against the sender of this fax. I would appreciate it if you would please provide this office with the appropriate complaint form. If I should file a complaint with the court system, please advise.
Thank you.

My company has been receiving exact same faxes as listed above by CG. Every time I call to inquire about health benefits, I am informed that to find out information I have to enroll first and pay the down payment fee which is a minimum of $200. If I want the information before I pay the fee I get hung up on. This business needs to be reported for fraud. I am sure that they do not even provide services. They claim to be "The original and largest nationwide PPO network of doctors and hospitals" however they do not even have a website. This must be a scam!!!!!!!!!!

"Allied Heath Professionals" is listed at the top of the fax. Some company trying to sell health insurance. They fax something to my business DAILY, multiple times even. I've called the do not fax line more than 10 times and they continue to fax things. Every time I speak to someone to get it taken off they hang up on me immediately.
