I keep getting calls from this number. Several a week. I want it to stop.

Adam, the best way to get them to stop calling is to pay your bills.  I realize sometimes there are mix ups and poor communication, but this doesn't seem the case, here.  Sure, we complain about medical costs, but when people don't pay, the medical providers have to make up the difference.  Is that fair?

Ok, I've tried calling them back and no one answers, it just goes to some voicemail after so many rings that states its a supervisors desk, does not state a company name, a specific person or anything. If it is a LEGITIMATE collection agency, then maybe they should answer the phone when someone calls back.

Worst recorded message I have ever heard. Don't even try to pronounce my name, but spells it out! They they gave the number to call them back at and gave me the website "www.myalegent.com" to also pay bill. Site does not exist. When you go to the alegent site it does have an option to pay, but only if you have a physical bill to go off of. Doesn't seem right to me.

I have never been to allegent in my life, so there is NO way that i owe them money. The keep calling my cell phone. I answered once, and it said "please hold while we connect you" but then it disconnected. I don't have long distance calling yet, but if they keep calling i'll find a way to call them back, since it is quite annoying!

alegent health billing office.  The thing the pisses me off is that I have made payment arrangements and they don't communicate with the other billing offices so they are always calling even when I have payed the main billing office.  Its annoying they need to intergrade their systems

agreed. They call even when you have just spoken with someone. I recently contacted their e-billing department to dispute a charge and was told someone would look into it and get back to me. But the person calling from this number had no notes about that. They need to combine their systems!

you need to call them back 888-633-7203.  They are a collection agency for Alegent Health, if they are calling that means you owe them money. Therefore the do not call list doesn't apply.  Good Day.

GET CALL FROM THIS 888 # OF & ON.USUALLY WEN NOT AT HOME. WEN IT IS A 888 #,SOMETIMES ITS DIFFERENT AFTER THE 888,. WE HAVE CALLER I D & ON DO NOT CALL LIST. NEVER SNSWER YOR FONE IF U DO NOT KNOW THE #.

Alegent Health's Bill Collections Service - What irritates me is that they don't talk to their company. This is twice I've been called by them to tell me I'm "overdue" when my bank has told me that Alegent has cashed my check.

I tried to call back but there is no company name mentioned.
