We had checks stolen and this company is a bad check collector.  They are rude.  I wish they would save the disdain in their voice until the talk to the person on the other end and find out what the circumstances are instead of just assuming that every person that they call are low lifes and have bad checks.  We were victims of theft and forgery and yet we are treated like we are the criminals.

Makes me pissy.

SOMEBODY IS CALLING MY BUSINESS FROM UNKNOWN AND LEAVING THIS 888-636-7807 AS THE CALL BACK NUMBER, SAYING THEY ARE FROM TRS AND LEAVING A REFERENCE NUMBER. AND SAID THEY ARE IN COLORADO. WE'VE NEVER HEARD OF TRS, AND THE PERSON WILL NOT GIVE DETAILS, JUST ASKS TO SPEAK WITH MANAGEMENT. OF COURSE MANAGEMENT IS TOO BUSY TO TAKE OR RETURN CALLS IF THEY DONT KNOW WHAT ITS ABOUT... DOES ANY ONE KNOW WHO TRS IS AND WHY THEY WOULD CONTINUE TO CALL? BTW- THE LADY FROM THERE IS VERY RUDE!
