Contact your bank and tell them your a victim of fraud , suggest you go down to your local bank branch in person. File a complaint and if you need to, change to a new account. And report this also!

i got scammed i never got any insurance card etc... but they are trying to take money out of bank... we are trying to stop it... now they don't answer or return my calls

Mid august call as well, claiming to carry health insurance for the unemployed for a rather low rate. Seeking banking in for initial setup and premium, but offerred no website for review or even paperwork concerning benifits to mail or email????
