They start calling everyday at 8:00 am.  I was unable to make the full payment this month so I paid half and will catch it up next month.  They call at least 6 to 8 times a day.

Create a Google Voice account and get a free phone number and give it to them as your contact number.  Then when they call and you don't answer, go into Google Voice, on the left hand side, click on "more..."  then click on Missed Calls and select that number that is harassing you and then click on "Block."  Easy peasy Chuckie Cheesy. :)

They call us from this number starting at 8am and every couple of hours all day long.  It is from Citibank for Sears asking for my ex son-in-law.   Due to our health problems we sure do not need to be pestered by someone else's unpaid bills.

I returned a phone call from this phone # and I was asked for my sears credit card number.  I told him I do not use my card and then he asked me for my social security number.  I told him I would not give that to him and then he hung up on me.

Ok!!!! April 2. Got my daily call, made another monthly paymt, still here, not trying to run away, making pymt that I can afford, no work found yet, still hanging in there, but doing my best to met my obligations but no they just don't get it. And no matter what they are so damn rude. What is wrong with time? 1/2 of pymt is better than none.

I have had the same on my cell phone on this number as others that have posted.  They never leave messages, I finally answered one time and, like the person stated in a post, you can't get the person to answer you for all the noise in the background (laughing, loud talking, etc.) and I finally hung up.  I will not answer this number ever again.  Some have posted it is Citi - some that it is Sears - and I have contacted via phone number on their websites and this number is not one of their numbers - not even for collection.  Someone needs to have these people from this number FIRED as one lady stated.

this is from citibank about a sears master credit card. Made a payment for 1/2 the amount on time. But they insist on calling it late. Its on time could only afford to pay 1/2. Called them explained the situation and they can't help. Want their money. Ok, not going anyway and trying to make a good faith payment, till I catch up. Would they be happier if I did not make any payment at all? Go figure, Your damned if you do and damned if you don't

I received my first call from this number very early this morning.  rachel34333 says its Citibank Sears Card.  We purchased a new heating and cooling system through Sears for our home and the installation was very poor.  The unit leaked water in the attic and damage wood, drywall, and paint.  We paid to have the damages repaired.  We shut off the circuit breaker to the unit and called Sears at several numbers local and national headquarters.  We only got an answering service that said lots of people had been calling.  We never got the heating and cooling system repaired so we asked Sears to remove it.  They refused.  Headquarters customer service and Sears credit card said I must return the unit to a retail store myself.  So I returned the unit to the local Sears retail store.  I guess the local store never told headquarters or the credit card department.  Seems they don't communicate between each other very well.  I followed their instructions, though.

I know my family was without cooling during the hottest part of the summer because of Sears.  Home Depot installed a new system and it works great and no leaks in the attic.  Sears never paid for the damages their unit caused to our home.

I don't have caller ID but I've been getting calls and calls and no messages. If it's a friend or Family member they leave messages for me. So I freak out getting a call super early in the morning or late at night and rush to the phone only to hear a click after I say "Hello?" It's really making me mad and thats when I called the DO NOT CALL hotline.  1-888-382-1222 After 31 Days telemarketers shouldn't be able to call you anymore...if thats even who's calling. so Fingers crossed because I just now called.

Okay, I'd like to update on my previous reply.
The calls from this number keep coming on my elderly mother's cell phone.  She uses the phone to reach me if I'm gardening, at work, or out of the range of her yelling for me :-)
This number is registered with the "do not call" list.  We pay for the phone, so it is in our name.  However, this number is not one we provide to anyone.
My husband decided to call the this number to find out who they are and what they want.
A woman answered the phone.  She kept insisting that they needed to verify information from him, i.e. identifying information.  When he would not provide the caller with the correct spelling of our surname which they had completely wrong, our address, his ss#, etc., she told him that she was required by law to record the call and "report" him.  She basically threatened him with legal consequences.  Then she told him that she was disconnecting the call and hung up.
Has anyone else spoken to these people?
I think this is a good example of "phishing".

It was about a Sears credit card.  I can't remember if it was through Chase, or Citybank, but she announced it when I picked up the phone.  My husband forgot to pay his $2.00  balance and they were calling to remind him.  We only got one call, and when I answered the person I spoke to actually spoke English and there was minimal background noise.

I get phone calls from 3 phone numbers about the same thing. Something about chase card services, and other info that i can not understand because there is so much noise in the back round and there accent is to strong. I have picked up the call twice and told them to stop calling me and that i don't bank with Chase bank and to take my number off the list. I think i might change my number if i can't resolve this!

Prank Call
These people call my husband's cell about 10-15 times per day, & often there is a woman shouting ghetto madness at what sounds like a couple other people in the background, but even when we call out loudly & press buttons to try & get her attention, she ignores us. Sears, huh? I'm gonna try to get this chick fired.
