The problem with these abusive creditors is that they do not have to stop calling you, even if you request they do so over the phone...it means nothing to them.  It has to be in writing, by certified mail.  Keep a copy for your records.

Got a call. No message left.

I called the number back and it is citi card. It is unbelievable that I have had to call them three times in the last 10 days asking them to stop the calls as I am making a payment this afternoon. Every time I have called back after the first request they state they have Bo notes about my request to have the calls stopped. I have recorded dates, times, and names since my last call to them and I am wondering if I can do something about this abusive creditor?

Received two calls from this number in the last 2 days. No voicemail left on the first call, I picked up the second call and it hung up after 11 seconds. I believe it to be One of citi card's terroristic autodialers that hits you as soon as your payment is late.
