Got a recorded phone call from these people and when I called them back they were rude and obnoxious! !! They said they were trying to collect on a bill from 3 years ago and when I told them that I already paid it they got worse. They wanted a paid in full receipt and when I told them that I could got those documents by within a week they said that wasn't quick enough.  They wanted it within 2 days and I tried to explain that I work 12 hour shifts and would not be able to get to the bank to get statements until my next day off they then tried to get me to settle right now with a $150 payment. I tried to explain that I wasn't going to pay a bill that I've already paid they proceeded to get even more nasty and threatened to "see me in court"....

Got another call from possibly the same fraudulent source. First phone # was 971-404-3188. Totally bogus scam they are perpetrating. Wouldn't provide business name and hung up on me twice. Apparently this new scam is getting worse. Please investigate and find how to stop this. I work in an OIG (Office of Inspector General) building for the state of Texas that handles fraud cases. It may be time to go internally and run and investigation on this misconduct. Guess I'll have to deal with the phone calls until they stop.

These people are breaking at least 3 federal laws in their phone calls....PLEASE....drag me to court already!!!

These number calls me several times a week

Don't assume that your brother gave them your contact number.  These people have bothered me for over 2 years.  They call my office, my home, my cell, my family members and even my ex (been my ex for 12 years.)  They are just trying to scare someone enough to have them send money.  There is no way to make them stop calling that I have found.

These guys called my parent's house regarding Docket number B40656-75 supposedly I was facing check fraud charges in my counties superior court. So I called the court clerk and asked about the docket number and she went through my record and there is nothing in their court system for me. Total scam, I also check the BBB and several online resources and there is no legit company. The website also looked very fake as a legit company would put a physical address on their website.

Got a number stating that I was a contact on my brother's court document. We don't get along and have not spoken for many years. Why he would name me as a emergency contact is beyond me. Hell, I don't even know where he lives. Sounds like a phishing scam. Call came as unknown but she left number 888-640-0274, something about Aurora Summit file A80686.

I got this call today as well.  At my OFFICE.  Recording says that my name and SS# are being reported to my DA.  Call them for information regarding my case...ummmm...NO!

This has scam written all over it! Reported them to the Attorney General. I hope something is done to stop these types of calls.

I agree.  Spoof number.   This poor girl couldn't even remember her fake name while she was giving me her opening line.  Look, if you want my information but can't give me your business name or why you are calling, then I guess I don't really have time for you.  Send me something in the mail.  The address hasn't changed for years.  Annoyed.

called my family member said they had my ss# and they needed to update cuz they were filing a lawsuit in my county with DA. this is a spoof number. trying to get info.

Got a message from this number stating they are a law firm and I needed to call them.

Didn't even say a name just said they filed a suit in my name and Ssn with local AR. They said I have been notified.

Constant calls from this number "Lombardo, Daniels & Moss" looking for someone and leaving a message "you have been served" after repeatedly telling them the person they are searching for is unknown.
