i looked into these calls i kept getting and manage to get an address and local number on this company but i cant contact the right people to get them shut down any suggestions anyone ??????

Got a message today same message today but from "Susan" at 888-878-4252 ext 221. Called back but phone just rang - not even an answering machine. Figured it was a scam because I dont remember entering anything.

I received a call from 888-878-4252 ext 221.  I submitted it to the national do not call list.

Amber seems to be busy, so her officemate Katie called us.  This is also for a 2012 Ford SUV Escape Hybrid.  As a finalist, I'm being sent a certified letter of the tax implications IF I win.  The phone is 1-888-861-3730x221, going to The National Verification Center.  They were concerned with our distance from Orlando.  My guess is that we will now get spammed with vacation time share calls - ugh!!!  Oh, and we're on the National Do-Not-Call list.  Since I called back they probably are legally authorized to harass us now.  --  Not interested in my name, but calling back confirmed my phone number!

I just got a recorded call from a Katie from the National Verification Center The call was in reference to a drawing I entered at a mall (which I did not), or movie theater for a 2011 Ford SUV Hybrid Truck that I might have won. I assume this is a scam.

Yeah I got a call from Amber that said, I won a Ford hybrid give away. When I called them back, some dude answered the phone an ask me for personal information.  How much s year do you make, what kind of house do you live in, What's your monthly payments.  How many peaple do you live with. Are you married.  I did not give him any info .  Just lead him on . I know this was a scammer. Them I found this site on line.  I got a voice mail from the computer voice name Amber & Magin .

Same thing as everyone else. Message from 'Amber" at extension 221. I won "Ford SUV". Never called back of course, but thought I'd add my experience to the list.

We got the same message that we won a new Ford Hybrid SUV!  Call us back to hear all the details Ext# 221.  We had the choice of going to Lake Geneva or Gurnie Mills.  Bring you spouse, an id and a credit card.  The husband checked it out and found this website!  thanks all who posted!

yes, I also received one from 888-861-3730 ext 221 Katie (sounded like recording). I called back and it was Tanya. Saying the same thing and asked me and my husband to attend one of the evenings to claim one of the 4 prices guarantee price! It was located in Tri State park way Gurnee Mills location.

Thanks for your post. I just got exactly the same message; same phone number and extension from Katie. The prize is also Ford SUV Hybrid. I did not go to mall of theater for a long time. So I am sure it is a scam.

I got a call from "Katie" too.  They left a message that they were a debt collector calling to collect a debt.  They gave me a reference number.  I called back not knowing what I owed.  When I did, I was told that I had they were not a debt collector but that I had won a car.  They needed my name, age and gross family income.  I hung up on them.  My sister called them back and was not as nice as me.  She asked the name of the company and kept being put on hold.  Two different people gave 2 different names.  She asked where she needed to send the lawsuit to for false advertisement and harasment.  One guy called her a bi***.  No one would tell her where they were located. They said they didn't leave a message that they were a debt collector.  It is funny that I still have the message saved on my machine.  A TOTAL SCAM!

I received a call from Katie, at the National Verification Center. Caller ID said 888 881 5875. Call back number was 888 861 3730 ext 221.  Same deal, said my entry at mall, movie theater, etc to win ford hybrid SUV, was picked last night, and to call asap.  I did not call back figured it was a scam.  It was a canned message, they did not know my name, I haven't been to any of the places they mentioned in past 12 months and I NEVER filled out an entry to win this phantom Ford SUV Hybrid.

It seems that Amber has changed her name to Katie and the National Verification Center has changed their number too (888-861-3730 x221).  But it is the same spiel about winning a Ford hybrid SUV.

Wow, thank you on behalf of many, for actually going and reporting back.  As a career marketing person I'm embarrassed to say I actually took their call and provided my name and marital status, because I do actually enter many sweepstakes to win cars.  I of course became highly suspicious of the visitation requirement and knew that wasn't right.  Thanks again for the good insight...they are repulsive.

Amber called ... same message, same spiel.  Called back, as my wife actually does enter some sweeps.
Received the Gurnee address and same info.  However, Dora stated that it was sponsored by Anchor Bank of Chicago.  Did Anchor Bank foreclose on some of the previous timeshares?

Going to call the BBB and hit the do not call list.

Too bad it would be premeditated to plan a Twitter raid on the event ... hmmmmm.

Same thing about the message happened to me, stating I won a Hybrid Truck, when you call back like previous other calls not valid another scam.

I got the same call from Amber at 888 648 2798 saying I could win one of those same 4 prizes -- 32" flat screen, $2500, some trip or the Ford Escape Hybrid.  Thanks everyone for posting about these calls.  The whole thing sounded fishy from the get-go

Yup! That's them alright! They have the nerve to be unprofessional and rude. If anyone knows anything about business calls, they would know that a person is supposed to identify who they are (first & last name), the company they are calling from, and the nature of the call. They seem to think everyone's airheads and cant think past go. Uh nope, sorry pals over @ (NCC) if that even exixts.......you have the wrong one and I didnt enter a sweepstakes! LOL

The people at this so called "claim center" are nasty, ridiculous and extremely rude! I called to inquire about the sweepstakes that I know I never entered to see what kind of scam they were attempting to pull off. The 1st time I called a guy asked my name and I refused to tell him because that information he should already have "If" I entered a sweepstake. The second man I spoke with answered the phone like it was his personal phone not at all indicating that I called a business. They need to be investigated and shut down for harassing people all hours of the day and night. I find it quite bothersome and hope that everyone who receives calls from them report them and add them to the DO NOT CALL list. hope this information was useful. Dont believe the hype.

I just checked my caller ID and the phone number they leave you to call back is 888-648-2798, but the number they are actually calling from is: 888-324-5132.

I was just left the same message today saying the same thing.  That her name is Amber calling from the National Claim Center @ 888-648-2798.  Knowing all the identity theft issues going on now a days I decided to look up the number on the internet before calling back and found all the replies.  Thanks to all.

I was very excited... but then i searched National Claim Center and google provided no information about it.

Today I received a call from "Amber" at the National Claim Center, I should call her at 888-648-2798, X221 to find out what I won. Supposedly, I entered a contest to win a Ford SUV. I didn't call back and won't. Glad I checked this # online.   I just filed my complaint on the DNC registry.   For what that's worth!!

Got same call in ny.  Said I would need driver lic
ense and credit card.  Spouse had to be with me.

I also got a call saying I won a Ford Truck and to call Amber at Ext 215 and she asked me if I was over 68 Y/O and I said yes and she said you have to be under 68 to win the truck

Got the same message verbatim from Amber regarding a Ford Hybrid SUV.  National Claims Center. The only raffles I participate in are fund raisers for church, or charity organizations that run their own contests.  Thanks to all who posted their scam calls as well!
