caller said he was with Blue Spruce Energy

This number is a scam trying to get your utility account number. I traced the phone number it's from India. Need to report this phone call to your state public consumer commissioner. Also make sure you call your electric and gas company to let them know about these calls as well. Never give out any information put your phone number on the "Do not call registry".

Caller said they were with Blue Spruce Energy.  Calling about PGE gas program.  Just  a pesky solicitor

These people keep calling--at least once per day or twice--we do not answer, but it is annoying!

They called yesterday; caller ID was just "800 Service".  Called again today; caller ID was some nonsensical string of digits, preceded by a "V".

Next time they call, I'll use my favorite method on them.  Remain absolutely silent until someone at the other end starts saying "hello, hello".  This might take a minute.  Then either hang up on them, or use a popular two word greeting.  I usually start issuing the greeting around the fourth call.

Same  here.  I told him send me the materials to  read, IDO NOT  DO ANYTHING OVER  THE  PHINE AND  HUNG UP ON HIM, ....HAH!

Every day I get three or four calls from this number yet I know better than to answer.

They called here today.  Asked if I could here them.  I said yes and they hung up.  I'm in California too and it doesn't make alot of sense if they are calling about New Jersey Gas and Electric.

Called at 7:16 PM (typical telemarketer scum, trying to interrupt my dinner).  Machine
picked up and they left no message.

So what's all this about New Jersey??

I said, "NO, DON'T CALL ME BACK!".(I called the number back, first time recording said it was not a working number, second call said I must dial a "1" before dialing the number. "SPOOFING", which is a FEDERAL CRIME???
6-21 @12:59pm I answered, "I'd like to speak with the person that pays DP&L...". I asked who she was. She said, "Renesha(?) from "BORDER ENERGY". I cut her off told her that I have told you losers time after time to STOP CALLING this number!". She got rude, talking over me, saying things about my mother and the way I was raised...
Since TELLING these idiots to STOP CALLING won't/doesn't work, maybe a visit to their "offices" in BELLFONTAINE/POWELL, OHIO will.

Prerecorded voice message of telemarketers

Same here - going to the Do Not Call Registry as I'm registered....

It's a recorded message...my answering machine picked up 3 of them, all from Kelly, all identical.

Received the same call from a Kelly stating they were with NJ Natural Gas and to give a call back with bills in hand.  I notified NJ Natural Gas of this number and the situation.  This number has no affiliation with NJ Natual Gas.  They called twice in the same week.

Kelly also called leaving a message to have my gas bill in hand and call TODAY.... and called again today. I just hung up on her.

Called regarding Columbia Gas bill. We heat with wood and have NEVER had a gas bill. The person I spoke to said they would take us off the list. I would believe them except that we get calls about once a year from somebody for a gas bill. She only stated she would take us off the list but did not ask for any information. Do they just use a random dialer in hopes of getting someone to pay a bill they don't owe?

Called number back.  Border Energy.  The rudeness of their telemarketers really makes me want to do business with this company.  I'm going to march this number right in to my boss and let him know what a great corporation I found.  NOT!  Do the execs. of this company really think anyone with a brain will take them seriously?
