This number called my home and cell within minutes of each other today, with no left messge and when I call back I get the "this is not a working number message". STOP CALLING ME

received calls twice within a few days- call backs result in a message that states you have reached a non-working number

Received a call from 888-651-9364. Said Toll Free on caller id but when I answered, the caller said he was from Weather Damage Services. Told him I am on the DNC List and he laughed! I filed a compliant, as I have about other type of calls like this, but frankly, I don;t think this does a damn bit of good. All they do is pass along the complaint to local law enforcement agencies, who obviously do nothing about these companies, hence the number of complaints here about this number. Some complaints are years old, but these people are still able to call people. You know that with today;s technology, they can be found, IF the law enforcement agencies would go after them. But since they don't have the time or resources to do this, and the lowlifes calling us know this, the DNC List just gives folks a false sense that they can do something about receiving these calls. In reality, it's nothing but a pacifier and a joke! And if you think the National Do Not Call List Registry is free? Think again. Your tax dollars are paying for this. Don't kid yourself.

We get 2 to 3 calls a day - each time they hang up or disconnect when we answer. Very frustrating, as I'd like to give them a piece of my mind. :)

Ditto!!  These people are idiots.  I cannot believe that anyone would do business with anyone who calls on one of these toll free number lines.  I ask that everyone file a complaint with the DNC registry.

Heaven help us if we ever have another storm in my area. All I get are roofer calls day and night. What good is the DO NOT CALL LIST it does not help. I have one number that called 23 times in 2 days because I blocked them the first time they called. They will not give up. The phone company wants to charge me $8 to trace a harassment caller. Why should I pay?  I have had it. Maybe I should take out my land line since the phone company will not help us get rid of the pests.

Call received 7/9/12 at 7:35 PM.  No one on the line when I answered, just a low buzzing sound.

Received call from this number, could tell the line was open, but no one responded to my Hello.

Time for the government to enforce the DO NO CALL list.  Had a call again from 888-651-9364 - about storm damage.  As many others had said - I have reported them and will do so again.  We need to get government officials in place that will enforce the law.

These people are beyond stupid. I live in an apartment, and if there was a roof leak, it would affect the people who live on the floor above me. Even then, it would be the responsibility of apartment management to fix it.

"Free weather assessment."     HA!  

Two calls today.  Tired of it.  I told them they could save money by mailing me a check in lieu of gasoline they would use to drive out.  Warned them to stay off my property.  FYI, they also have your address.

Wasted a bit of their time, anyway.  Obvious crooks who flaunt fed law.  

This "stuff" just encourages us to want more laws.  Sometimes government seems less intrusive than phone junk calls.

Called, told me he wasn't selling anything. He was with the National Weather Forensic Services and would be on my street Friday assessing roofs. When I told him I lived in a townhome, he immediately said, ?I guess you have a HOA and they take care of the roof. I said yes and he hung up...click. I hope they don't call again because this time I'll be interested and he can come to my home. I won't be there.
Stupid idiot couldn't even pronounce my name or my street.

Two calls from this company and when I informed them I was on the no call list, the man informed me it did not pertain to them.

Three times I have been called from this number, but they don't leave a message on the answering machine.  I delibertly do not answer directly.  Calling back, I get the usual message "you have reached a number that is no longer in service".  Perhaps I should answer the next time and advise I don't do business with "porch monkeys", as noted in the previous message!  :D  Never heard that term before.

Get a call from this number every 2-3 days. Is this site legit? Can you really determine the source of the call and make it stop?

3rd call from 888-651-9364 , calling for(my name).asking if we had any bad weather.Told him no,and I did not want any bad weather and to stop calling.

Two calls from this number, and a call back brought up the automated answer "number not in service".  It is possible for telemarkerters and other scam artists to make out going calls though an exchange that would normally appear as "not in service", a system similar to using a proxy when surfing the internet.  If another call from this number is received here, the number will go on the reject list, afterwhich it gets interecepted on the first ring, on future subsequent calls, a feather of my call screeing equipment.

Keep getting calls from this number and every time I answer they say "hello" and hang up.  I called the number back and got a recording "number has been disconnected or is no longer in service.". How can someone call from a number and it be disconnected? Extremely aggravating!!!! I don't know if my telephone service provider can do anything about it but I am going to give it a try.  Any other suggestions?

Hung up when I answered the phone, and when I tried to phone back to see who it was, I received a this subscriber is outside the area automated message.  Glad for this site so I know not to bother trying back again.

Unsolicited call from (888) 651-9364. I've placed them on the do not call list and they keep calling.

Received call at 9 pm Friday Dec 9th 2011. Told the person I was on the DO NOT CALL LIST. At that point he started telling me he did not have to use the list. I told him at my house he did and calling me at 9 pm was not a thing to do. He continued to argue so I finally in a very loud voice told him not to call my house again. Very unprofessional !!!

I have asked these people to stop calling 3 times and they still call every single day.

Weather Damage Services indeed, claiming to use information from "National Weather Forensic Services" as the basis for offering to do an inspection.  Oddly, they had no business license, go figure.  I just happen to be able to tap into official databases of storm damage, and I also am fully aware of what weather has or has not happened at my home.  But with my education and knowledge, the phone calls are becoming a sick and twisted sport for me.  Not sure if I like the game or not, but they shouldn't be calling.
