I keep getting relatives calling me and saying they have received hateful phone calls about my wife writing bad checks to amway and that they are coming after her.  the phone number they left was 855-284-1868 and they are calling my parents and grandparents repeatedly.  My wife has never done business with amway and has never even heard of them.

amyway called me from a 8552674307 number stating that i owe them for a bad check  and said if i dont pay them now the when send the police to arrest me  i laugh and hung up lol scam and the keep calling me

I received a phone call from an unknown number that told me to call them back at  855-259-2456. They said it was in reference to a bad check and they needed to verify my address and place of employment.  They also said I had been notified and would be served legal documents if I didn't respond. First I do not have a checking account - I closed it awhile back because of another scam that had hacked my info. When I called back I got Amway. Knew it was a scam but boy would I love to see some of these people get caught. These same things happened to another girl I work with.

received a call for bad check???? from AMWAY, really!?!!? Don't even buy AMWAY. Gave ref #. After a long script they told me "I've been notified"! w/ a nasty tone.... REally?!?!??!

Received call last night, stated his name : Scott Wilson. left number (888-652-2960); stated it was concerning ...'legal documents filed against me"; also left a file number. Does he have to leave some kind of identifation or business/ company name if in fact there is legal action filed against myself? Isn't a lawyer required to provide their name, business address and the basics on what this is about? What legally does a 'legitimate' legal company have to provide IF and When you are sued?
  Also, IF  or when I do owe any debt to a loan company IS it still accurate that IF all I can afford is $5.00 per month would not this prove I am paying something and no judge can rule against you since you are in fact paying something? Any comments welcomed here.

I have gotten 3 or 4 calls today at my parents home and at work from this same number saying the same thing and when I finally called back it said "Thanks, for calling Amway" so yes, it is a scam. Oh yes, they also threaten to serve legal action against me if I did not resovle the matter.

I am recieving calls from 888-652-2960. The person leaving the messages is referencing the name Tony Parks and states the contact is being made because of a bad check. Michael Archey is representing the company as a lidigation officer for Vista Holding Services, which is a total SCAM. They left a message at a family members that they are with AMWAY, I have notified AMWAY of the scam as well,They want you to verify your home address and place of employment. If you are contacted by this number do not provide them with any information. Just tell them your turning their information over to the legal authorities and the calls will stop.
